  Great sleep, very friendly staff, and super clean rooms

  The most memorable aspect of the stay was the staff. Especially, the food and driver staff. They went above and beyond and remained friendly despite the abundance of rude Northerners that treated them less than polite. Comfy beds with more than enough pillows and well equipped rooms left me not needing anything. Will stay again for sure!

  Impeccably clean room and bathroom

  I must commend the housekeeping team at this hotel. It is definitely the cleanest room and bathroom i have ever stayed in whilst visiting the US. The location of the hotel is quiet easy to access from the airport as the hotel does provide a hotel transfer service

  Clean Hotel, Friendly Staff

  After calling for the free airport shuttle, it arrived fairly fast. It was only a 5 minute ride to the hotel. It seems to be in a decent area and there is a Hooters and a Bojangles right next door. ROOM (#408) Although the room was slightly outdated, it was clean and a good size. The window faced the front. There was a king bed with 2 night stands, sofa chair and ottoman with table, desk and chair, dresser drawers, TV, clock, microwave, mini fridge, closet with hangers, iron and board, and NO SAFE. The HVAC worked well. There were 14 outlets and 4 USB plugs for electronics. BATHROOM The bathroom area was spacious. There was only a toilet and a shower but plenty of room. Right outside the bathroom was a sink and a hairdryer. GYM The gym was smaller, though very clean. There was a little bit of outside natural light. There was 1 elliptical, 1 bicycle, 2 treadmills, 2 benches, and dumbbells from 5-50 pounds. BREAKFAST It is a small dining area, but quaint and clean. I believe it is a buffet during the week (at least it used to be), but on the weekend I ordered from the menu. As a check-in amenity for having Marriott status, I chose the breakfast option. For my menu choice, I had the $12 option which was 2 eggs, toast or bagel or muffin, sausage or bacon, potatoes, and a hot and a cold beverage. The food came quickly and was tasty. OVERALL Overall, the hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. The room was clean. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly. The gym was small but okay. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again.

  Poor Housekeeping - prepare for flight noise

  This is an airport hotel - so extremely convenient to the airport. Its literally about 5 min drive to the airport. Check In was a breeze since i had checked in through the App. The room is quite large - lots of electrical outlets - quite comfortable beds. Since its close to the airport the flight noise is pretty evident. If you are a light sleeper you will have an issue. It's on till about 11:30 PM and starts around 5 AM - so its kind of tough. The house-keeping was bad, The 2nd day I come back from work at around 9 PM - no new towels, no hand towels, wash clothes, etc. Even worse, no mat to to put outside the shower, which is not only lazy housekeeping work but dangerous given slips and falls that could happen on a wet floor I am not sure if i will stay here again

  Customer service at its finest

  I have stayed at this property for work about 10 times for the past 5 months. The staff is extremely kind and gracious. Rooms are very clean and bottled water is provided with no charge. Internet always fast. Latonya is the manger and she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and makes sure your stay is nothing less than superb.
