  Hotel muy bonito, diferente, parecía que estuvieras en el campo, Es bien grande y espacioso. El parking también es grande y es gratuito. Esta bien cerca (como a 8 minutos) al outlet de Livermore que es relativamente nuevo, enorme y tiene de todo.

  Hermoso parque y piscina

  Es uno de los hoteles más lindos de la zona de Pleasanton, Dublín y San Ramon. El parque está muy bien cuidado y es amplio, también la piscina y el jacuzzi. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y no tienen refrigeradores, pero son cómodas. Lo recomiendo si está por la zona.

  FLEAS

  If you like the idea of possibly being eaten alive by FLEAS in your room, while getting no response from management, this is your place. Checked in for my weekly stay while working in the area, as I have been throughout the entire pandemic, and woke up the next morning with bites covering my entire body, mostly on my legs and ankles. While standing on the carpet, I could literally watch FLEAS jumping off the carpet, onto my socks, and onto my legs. Immediately I called the front desk, explained the situation, and was told they would put me in a new room immediately. Cool. While getting my new room keys situated, I asked the front desk attendant what would be done regarding a refund for the one night in an infested room. Obviously, not I nor anyone I can think of, would ever pay to sleep in a FLEA INFESTED room. Had I known there were FLEAS all over the carpet in this room, I would have passed. That being said, I only felt it appropriate to refund the one night. Personally, I thought I was being pretty laid back about it. Given there are plethora of reasonably priced hotels within a mile of Four Points Sheraton Pleasanton, most people would have been gone in a hot second after waking up littered in FLEA BITES. But I gave them the benefit of doubt and figured they would make things right. Ryan, the front desk attendant, told me that most likely I would be given 'points' to my Marriott account, which can then be used to pay for a night. But even this, I was told, he would have to run by his manager and get approval for. Fine, understood, I replied. Three days later, and still I heard nothing from management, nor had my account been credited. So I wrote an email to customer service, including my email and phone number. No response. I then called Four Points Sheraton Pleasanton front desk on the day of my checkout, (four days after the incident) to talk to someone. Again, no manager on duty. Big surprise. I explained my situation to the girl at the front desk (name unknown) who apologized for the inconvenience, and would pass my message along to management as soon as they arrived. Yet, no phone call, no email, no change to any account points.....nothing. So next week, when I once again have to find a hotel during my weekly stay in the area for work, I will NOT stay at Four Points Sheraton Pleasanton. Nor the following week. Nor any week after. Whether or not I stay at any Marriott resort in the future remains to be seen, but it's not looking likely. So in conclusion......if you enjoy over two dozen FLEA BITES, coupled with zero responsiveness from management, Four Points Sheraton Pleasanton is your place to stay.

  Do not accept Marriott gift cards but they wont tell you

  I told this hotel at check-in that I'll be using my Marriott issued gift cards, but upon check-out they refused to accept it. This has happened to me multiple times! Lots of hotels seems not to know anything about Marriott gift cards and treated us like frauds. We paid hard earned money for something that is frown on!? I feel like I have to tell the world that Marriott gift cards are not always accepted, unreliable and you may be treated differently! I'm very disappointed!

  Crappy Old rooms with no amenities. Carpet stinks

  Don't get fooled by Sheraton, this is old hotel with several old buildings. Rooms are dingy dark moldy, no amenities. Staff useless and rude. My room has no lamp, bad carpet, stinky toilet. The lady at counter was just a rude person. I ended up cancelling rest of my stay and moved to Hyatt place. Million times better.
