Not what the pictures showBooked this hotel off of Priceline. The pictures of the hotel looked great. These are definitely not current photos. The exterior is showing age. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But here is where it got bad. We went to our room. These rooms are the grossest and very outdated room I have seen in awhile. There were bugs in the room. Killed 3 within the first 10 mins in the room. There was brown smears on the back of the bathroom door. The floor in the room slopes which even caused one of the beds to be angled. Here is the worst part, the air filter in the vent right outside of the bathroom was over flowing and had not been changed in a VERY long time. Then saw the vent that was in the bedroom area had black mold on it. We knew it was not okay to stay here so we spoke with the very kind woman at the front desk about these issues, she did not seem surprised by our claims, and did not even ask to see the pics I had taken. We asked to have our money refunded for the 3 night stay we had book and left the facility to another hotel for our vacation. Once again the front desk gals were super nice and we know these issues were not their fault. I would just hope that the Marriott company would see these issues and hold this hotel to a higher standard that many other Marriott facilities have!

House of Vile Disrespect towards customers.I had a room booked 5th through the 10th. I spoke with the at the desk about the pungent of fentynal pills. Later on that night my girlfriend was having a hard time with dealing with some personal issue and being off and out of all her medications. I asked the gal front desk and lobby if you could cancel all other keys to my room except one and disallow any items billed to the room. I went back out and was getting in the car and I got a text that made me think she was gonna do something foolish. I went to the counter and tried explaining and the lady said "ah", before walking away. I went to the security guard and he started to start telling me i was getting kicked out as he went up to the room. I called emergency service because I didn't honestly think they cared if she lived or died as long as it wasn't there. Now I'm not rich I was booked till I had money coming in and now I am getting kicked out for telling the hotel about an issue with junkies smoking pills in their bathroom that smell like cat piss. It does get cold in phoenix as we had to spend the night out side because no the security guard thinks I should pretend to be a emt because he can't be a cop right? He. Told me I brought her here, I should take her. I called the customer hot line and the women on phone tried to tell me they had an issue with domestic violence and we were asked to leave the property. I don't get arrested, nor did she. No money till I get a.refund or paid

It's OkayI stayed at this hotel for two nights because of a sports tournament. The proximity to the event was a plus but I would not stay at this hotel otherwise. The rooms are outdated, for sure, but there were not major issues that I couldn't deal with. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was acceptable. The tub/shower was very slow to drain so it was like taking a shower bath combo. The phone in the room did not work so I was not able to call down to request a late check out. I was given an additional 30 minutes which was pretty much useless. I also had to walk down to the front desk to request more toilet paper as that ran out. I was pleased with their safety precautions in both practice and posted signage regarding Covid-19. Overall, the stay was fine. I am just the type of traveler that expects to get what I pay for and this place did not deliver.

GrossI don't know why this hotel has such a high rating, our room was dirty and worn. And that was the "clean" room they moved us to after I requested it. Our first room had dried blood on the curtains, pubic hair in the shower, and some sort of stain on the bed skirt. When I explained to the front desk guy that there was blood on the curtain, I was told "it's probably not blood." The second room didn't have any blood that I found, but still had hair in the shower, stains on the carpet and furniture, and a desk chair that was broken and worn. We were here as a part of a sports event my daughter was involved in, and to be eligible we had to stay here, but we checked out a day earlier than we had reserved. I sent an email to our event organizers, and for full disclosure, they did end up refunding our money. I've added pictures, but I forgot to take a picture of the pubic hair in the first room before I scrubbed the shower with hotel body wash so my daughter could shower. The hair in the tub picture I've added is from the "clean" room.
