  Great customer service and very clean hotel

  Will always come back here when in the area, you won my buisness for life, sultan was great and highly recommend this hotel, food is great if you dont feel like going out of the hotel, as well as the rooms are very clean and very neat

  I needed a clean safe place to stay overnight near the airport when coming in and returning. It was quick and convenient but bathroom was not clean either time. The advertising shows as newly renovated. That it was but the contractor did a horrible job. The beautiful heavy glass shower doors continued to slide open while in the shower because it was not level. Frustrating to deal with when you've been traveling all day and all you want is a nice hot shower then sleep. Drywall dust on the floor as if the floor was never cleaned or maid tried to cover with trashcan. On top of that there was hair not belonging to me in the shower along the walls and floor.

  Recibí una súper atención. Me sentí como en casa. Como siempre es un placer en alojarme en Marriott o spg. Recorrí mucho la ruta y siempre en estos hoteles nunca un problema. Súper recomendable. Muy limpio y todos muy amables

  Horrible visit.

  First, I was told that they dont price match and that I needed to book through Priceline to receive the lower rate. I verified this with the front desk associate four times, then I found out the next morning that they do price match and that they were to return the difference of the first reservation and refund it to Priceline (they did not do this!) then they made a new reservation and charger me the difference of the old reservation. I, then, had a horrible time at this hotel after. They handed out two separate key cards two separate times to the same person that I had asked to leave the room allowing him re-entry twice without asking me or verifying my permission. I had already extended my room another night and offered to pay For a different room and vacate the original room I since the person would not leave after the second re-entry. They then overbooked the hotel and told me that they were sold out when the hotel room remained available online. It is now been over 10 days and I am still fighting to get a refund for the Priceline charge. When I received an email from the hotel stating that I had to contact Priceline for the refund. I contacted Priceline three different times for the refund and they called the three times and the first two kept saying that there was not a manager there and the third time they said they would not refund it. Now I have paid twice for a room.

  Great Stay

  My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The check-in process was seamless, I was checked-in and settled in my room in under five minutes; also, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my room, it was decorated very and extremely clean. I had amazing night of sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.
