Christmas stayI really enjoyed my Christmas at the hotel. It was very quiet and peaceful. Matt at the front desk is always professional and smooth. This is my second home and I keep coming back all the time. Happy New Year!

DisappointedStayed two nights was clean and modern, but overpriced. No breakfast included, restaurant onsite is overpriced, shower had no water pressure, beds were lumpy, no pool, tons of rules for visiting hockey teams, none of which were enforced by hotel, vending machines didnt work, housekeeping didnt clean room, then I was treated like a diva guest because when I got back to the room at 4pm I asked to have the garbages emptied and the dirty towels to be changed out. They sent up someone who couldnt understand why I would want the room cleaned when I was staying another day, and that he was going to do it even though it wasnt his job. Will definitely be choosing a different hotel next time.

Great stay!I picked this hotel because my boyfriend was in town the weekend before and his friends had picked this hotel. He mentioned it was very clean. During a pandemic I was, of course, very concerned about it being clean. We happened to get to town a little early and they had no problem with us checking in an hour early. The room was very clean. I wasnt concerned at all. The beds were great. The bathroom was fantastic with a very modern stand up shower. We were on the first floor and I didnt hear a thing. Not outside or in the halls. The front desk staff was very friendly. Looking around I could see that they were wiping things down often, and had wipes to clean the exercise equipment. There is no pool, but we booked this hotel knowing that. People should keep that in mind when booking instead of complaining later We would definitely stay here again, and even recommended it to my in-laws for when they make a stop in Moncton.

One of Them Four PointsAlthough this hotel has nothing out of the ordinary Four Points offerings, personally, I liked my experience here. It is your typical highway stop with efficiency-oriented room design (i.e. not quirky, not tacky, just adequate) and enough amenities to be called "premium select service". I loved my upgrade to the jacuzzi suite, and the cleaning was up to Marriott's standard. That said, I found it odd that the restaurant was closed for breakfast service but open for dinner. Also, I found the staff efficient but on the laid-back side. I would love to see them a little bit more engaging, although I get that Covid is taking a toll on everyone in the hospitality industry. In general, I would come back if I'm looking for a quick overnight stop off the highway, but with Moncton being a smaller city, I would rather stay somewhere in town for the full experience if I have the extra 20 minutes.
