  awesome location

  Lets start with the pros... Awesome location to a variety of things. Hotel very clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were also very clean. Beds are super comfy and pillows amazing. Now the cons. I feel if you have a pool why not utilize it more than three months? we were there in September and it was in the 90s and it was closed for the season. Next price reflects complimentary breakfast which i get because of covid it would be different. The problem was not the food but lack of drink. there is coffee in your room which I do not drink. So i had to buy myself something to drink. No small bottle of water? Juice ?Would I stay here again sure. I am actually in November. Hopefully it will be five stars then.

  Not clean, not especially comfortable

  My wife and I spent two nights here in October 2020. The walls are a bit thin, but that's minor. I also found our queen mattress a bit soft for my taste. But that's also relative. More serious was the discovery of ants in our bathroom one night. We went to the front desk and we were moved over one room over from our original room. That toom seemed clean. Until the next morning. The ants had traveled from room one into our new room. Not just a few ants. But dozens. I have to assume this reflects inadequate care and maintenance. We also have to give low marks to the staff for not providing us fresh towels after we left our room to go out the first morning. As requested by the hotel, we placed our old towels in the hall outside our room. When we came back that evening, we expected fresh towels in our room. There were none. We had to go back to the front desk to gather up the towels. There are good staff workers here. It's too bad the overall experience cancels their efforts.

  Excellent Service!!

  Ameishe and Amber were a great help in getting checked in! I usually do not like the check in process so I choose the virtual key but I am glad I was able to meet these two at the counter! Excellent service all the way around. A great start to my stay!

  Overnight stay - traveling through state

  We needed a place to stay overnight during a trip. We booked online through another site. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. I would stay again - just sidenote the front doors are locked and require a key card to enter in the evening. There is also a guard in the evening in place that walked the grounds. The site we booked through didn't tell us that the breakfast was just a box with a granola bar,small pastry and an apple that cost 14 dollars. When I looked at their website it told us the breakfast wasn't available ( normal breakfast) but the website we used didn't have that information on it. Live and learn on using non hotel websites. Would recommend the hotel if you need a place to stay.

  Easy!

  We stayed here for one night after changing our plans at short notice. The booking experience was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pet friendly with a fee ($50). Room was as expected. Clean and tidy. All COVID protocols followed. We booked a king and got two queen beds which was fine. Would stay again.
