  Geat Stay

  First time staying at this hotel. Check in was fast and they already had my keys ready for me when i got there. The Room was clean and the beds were comfortable . i had the pork chop in the restaurant and it was very nice and the service was excellent!. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when i needed something

  Nice But

  Room 206. Nice room but towels felt like sandpaper and pillows were very mushy. Personal were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Waitress was pleasant and quick. Would recommend especially if they improve the softness of the towels and firm up the pillows.

  A modern hotel with great staff

  A two-year old hotel that feela very new. A professional and helpful staff. A quiet and nice restaurant on the main floor. Double black out blinds make for dark rooms for sleeping. Wonderful pool and fitness area. A highway is a good distance from the hotel but the buzz of traffic is heard. It is located on the south end of town and does not offer airport shuttles. It is a wooden building, and some mutted noise from guests upstairs can be heard in units below.

  Girls Staycaction

  Amazing staff from the moment we walked in to the restaurant and everywhere in between. Amazing rooms and service we had so much fun on our run away girls evening. Will absolutely be back soon. My go to place to Grande Prairie

  They called me a prostitute

  I would like to start by saying the front reception staff is very polite. (Front house Management was none existing)as I have tried to speak about this situation to him ...... I am in my late 20s and work for a VERY LARGE OIL COMPANY ( I am not trying to sound narcissistic please keep this in mind) I am in my late 20s attractive and in shape . The housekeeping staff had their own opinion of me .... Not only was I called a prostitute but they also felt no shame in gossiping about me to OTHER GUESTS ( AS THEY REPORTED TO ME OUR OF SHEER PITTY/EMPATHY) I've stayed at many hotels and have never treated anyone wrong nor have I ever not left a great trip for anyone making my bed, I HARDLY EVER LEAVE A MESS FOR THEM TO EVEN CLEAN. This happened on 3 different occasions the first time they spoke about me by labeling me with the room number ie " room 204 girl" I was outside waiting for my coworker to pick me up and over heard I believe her name was Missy or something close to that .... She was in detail of the fact I looked like a city girl with fake breasts and fake lips ( witch I have neither of ) followed by the conversation of how much I would be charging . The second and 3rd time was when they would team up after my room was cleaned so they would go through my garbage the audacity of their actions is beyond offensive. Shame ... Shame .... Shame .... I've told all the oil companies that work with mine all about this and for them to watch out for their employees being subjected to such scrutiny. PleaSe be careful in booking your staff/employees/contractors here.
