  Hotel Stay and Service

  I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton during a recent business trip. The service in these tough times at this hotel was impressive. In particular, I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie who worked at this hotel. She is an exemplary employee any hotel would be lucky to have. Jackie listened to my requests and addressed them satisfactorily by going above and beyond the normal service. She is a factotum handling whipping up some tasty breakfast in the kitchen, looking into the needs of refilling supplies in the room and providing suggestions to local restaurants and things to do in the Fargo-Moorhead area. It was a pleasure to have met Jackie and I look forward to staying here the next time Im in town.

  Great staff

  My husband was a patient at Sanford Medical Center after being injured during a business trip. Far from our home in Florida, I felt overwhelmed. The staff at Four Points were kind, caring and very accommodating. I dont think we would have made it through this ordeal without their support. I especially want to thank Jaquelyn who greeted my son and I every morning with a smile and words of encouragement. Whatever the need, she was there to assist. I have always found in my travels that it is the staff who make the hotel and this one has great staff. Thank you!

  Valentine stay

  Great rooms, friendly staff. We brought our 5 grandchildren to swim and enjoy time together! Four points did not disappoint! The front desk staff was more than helpful, and made a visit to the hotel one that we will do again!

  I was given a room without window coverings.

  On arrival worker at the front desk paused, looked at my reservation said they need to confirm something and came back after 5 minutes. I was given room 219. Around 11 PM I went to close my blinds and discovered that I no way to cover the windows. Sam was at the front desk and listened, but said they had no other rooms. I was offered a discount and told was all they could do. I had no privacy as this window faces apartments. I had trouble sleeping and was woken up early. I dont want a discount. I want my money back.

  If you're lucky, you'll get to see one of the buffaloes stampeding in the top floor. Very noisy and shoddy construction

  I've never slept in a hotel as noisy as this one. Keywords: never slept. The earplugs on the nightstand should have been a red flag. Every footstep, cough, fart etc from the rooms above and adjacent are clearly audible in your room. From 4am on, farmer Bob in the room above us stomped flatfooted back and forth from the bed to the toilet. Quite simply, this is the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel and one of the most expensive in the area. Ridiculous. Also, there are no refrigerator and no microwave in the room. Come on.. this is 2021, and those are standard features in any hotel anywhere. We've stayed at a couple others nearby and will not be back to Sheraton. The cost saved on cheap construction wasn't worth it.. your hotel's good name is forever ruined by this location..
