  Absurd!!

  So, what happens when you have a maintenance issue here, well, they dont come fix anything because they dont have anyone. They make you pack up ALL YOUR STUFF to change rooms. That pretty much tops out the ridiculous meter. So, having a shower that doesnt drain is nice or stand in your own DIRTY WATER. When things like this happen, it shows that the cleaning crew doesnt really clean the shower because that would require running the water to see that a problem exists. Instead they just wipe it down. Living on the road 150 nights per year and Ive seen this a lot. Absurd. The same with the afternoon front seat assistance...lacking.

  Clean Room, but dont expect much more...

  I was checked-in friendly and efficient and got complimentary airport shuttle offered. Unfortunately, there was not any room upgrade for a Platinum member available. A bit disappointing. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom seemed to be old but was clean and in good condition. The in-room coffeemaker could not be used: did not work properly. For guests staying longer than a night, limited Housekeeping Service is available upon request. The restaurant is closed because of COVID-19 restrictions. I understand that service is limited to follow the requirements for social distancing and Health protection. But why they dont offer any alternative for breakfast? Other hotels deliver sealed breakfast bags to the room. I was disappointed that I just got a room without any additional service, not even a coffee in the morning. The well organized airport shuttle was the only exception.

  Love this hotel

  We love this hotel! Very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! We needed to change hotels and they accommodated our family immediately Free shuttle to the airport. They took all precautions with Covid! Pool and restaurant was closed because of Covid but they told us that upfront before we booked.

  Wonderful service!

  My sisters and I stayed here as a Park, Sleep & Fly on September 22. I was so impressed with the check-in experience! The young lady at the desk was friendly, accommodating and just a pleasure! After check-in, we asked about a place to eat, as their restaurant is closed. She suggested we walk to a nearby restaurant and offered to send the shuttle driver for us if we didn't want to walk back after dark! That's caring for your customers. We didn't take her up on the offer, but were so impressed with her! She deserves kudos!

  Clean, quiet, stiff back from mattress

  Stranded due to weather. Very pleasant stay and close to the airport. Did find the mattress to be dated and felt it in the morning. Loved the staff and the proximity to the airport. If I were stuck in detroit again I would choose here. Workout room was quite clean and pleasant.
