  Bad security/damaged vehicle

  We stayed one night as we were moving from Massachusetts to Iowa. We asked about security and they said it was good and they have security cameras. In the morning we started our vehicle and it sounded awful! Someone stole our catalytic converter from our vehicle. We filed a police report, but they couldnt do anything because the cameras werent facing the right direction. The hotel did nothing for us! We also spent a day getting it replaced. What a scam!!   Stay Away!

  Words can't express how bad of a Marriott property this place is. Everyone is unprofessional from the so call chef to the stinky cigarette staff at the front desk. The rooms are dirty, hair everywhere. Dust is caked over the tables, kitchen and floors. The management doesn't do anything, I don't even know how this place is considered a Marriott hotel, it should be banned. I advise everyone to seek another hotel. You will thank me later.

  Excellent Hotel

  Great hotel, renovated within the past few years. Rooms have a very sleek design with modern, elegant, feel. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Gorgeous, elegantly designed lobby. Extremely courteous front desk staff. Fitness center (thankfully) open. Will be happy to stay here again.

  Worst Marriott Experience of my life

  It seems that this Sheraton property does not operate to normal Marriott standards. The staff was non existent. Only saw 2 people our entire stay and neither of them ever approached us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. I am a gold elite member and stayed a a courtyard the weekend before in a different Ohio county with much different results. The Sheraton staff blamed lack of amenities on Marriott policy, which is simply not true according to Marriott Corp after calling HQ. The Marriott property we stayed at the week prior had less restrictions on amenities and was in a county with more restrictions. Staff seemed more concerned over gathering in lobby rather than the illegal drug use happening throughout the hotel. Our floor smelled of drugs our entire stay and you can tell no one from management left the lobby the entire weekend to address or even recognize the issue. I would not recommend this property if traveling to Mentor area.

  Very comfortable for travellers

  We traveled from Niagara Falls to Chicago and decided to stop here for the one night. If you think that it is pricey - I respond you that its average hotel price in this area and good value for hotel with such quality. Rooms&territory: Clean new hotel, big and very comfortable bed, bathroom facilities as well - everything you want. Rooms have lot of lights: you may switch all of them on or make a romantic light. Parking zone is big: you always can find a place for your car. Service: Service is awesome: very friendly and helpful receptionists, complimentary water in the room. Walmart is in 5min :)
