  Exceded Expectations

  It was late and we had just rejected one hotel and we were getting very tired. We continued down I 75 looking for a place to stay and saw the Four Points from the highway. That is when our evening turned from bad to excellent. After finding our beds comfy and almost like home we returned to the receptionist to ask about somewhere to eat. This is where everything got even better. She directed us to their own restaurant since it was the closest and I didn't want to do anymore driving. It must have been one of their slow times because there were no patrons to be found. My wife and I each ordered salmon. Wow talk about flavour. Ron the bartender who took our order couldn't be more accommodating. From engaging in conversation to changing the music he had been listening to, to playing the music we enjoyed listening to the most. Probably due to the lack of others in the restaurant that evening, the chef even delivered our meals first hand. Again just a touch of class!!!!!!! We will be back on our return trip for sure.

  Great Place to Stay!

  I've stayed at this hotel several times. Each time, the staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant is great, and it is an overall pleasant stay. Clearly, a lot of care goes into making this a place for travelers to stay and be comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

  Anniversary Stay

  My wife and I have been going to this location for the past 6 years for our anniversary. We always are treated very well and have had a very good experience every year. This time stood out more then before, thanks to our bartender Ron. Ron was very down to earth and very friendly. He never let our glasses go dry. Ron was so nice and treated us like we were family. Not only did we have a great time as usual at this location but thanks to Ron it will be unforgotten. Thanks again for everything and we will see you again.

  Jungle Jims work event

  Stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Cincinnati North. Decided to hang at the hotel bar and grab dinner with the family. Had the best bartender! Ron Fiore was absolutely awesome! Entertained the kids, shared local attractions, and had great stories of his Pops and family. Made my night!!

  Blue Chip Invitational

  This is the most unpleasant experience that I have had at a Marriott. We were checked in by friendly staff and in a timely manner. However, when we were going to our room the stairwells had cobwebs and spider eggs in the corners. After entering the room, we checked for cleanliness. To our surprise, the area that housed the refrigerator looked like someone had spilled something and had been there for no telling how long. Also, the office area table appeared that something sticky had spilled and not cleaned as well. After visiting the front desk, the moved us to another room. What the clerk said caught our attention, we have only had about ten guests in the past month and a half. I understand that this is due to Covid, but think that this would be even more of a reason that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Then comes the second room... I will let the pictures do the talking. The shorts are not ours and were found behind a chair. I am guessing they do not move furniture when they clean either.
