  Very good experience here. The service was super good, everyone was friendly and helpful with customers. They paid attention to small details, always asked and took care of customers that made the hotel stand out! In addition, the hotel is brand new so it is super clean. Thank you!!!

  Best property to stay

  very convenient location,. very very clean and professional staff. extremely clean. I was travelling for business. the hotel is completely remodeled. New Furniture. very close to express and shopping.

  What a pleasant surprise!

  Hotel just opened and is stunning. Better appointed than most 4.5 star hotels. Bed/ pillows are very comfortable. Definitely a best in class, especially for the price. Thank you Andrew for being so accommodating!

  Amazing brand-new hotel for an excellent price

  Hotel is only two months old (as of Nov 2020), and it is absolutely wonderful for the price. The room is huge, comfy king-size bed, large TV, and ample parking. The area feels very safe and has a lot of cool restaurants around. We were there during Covid and everyone wore masks, and the room was cleaned and left unoccupied for 24h before we got in. The staff was very nice and helped us get familiar with the area.

  Location Can't Be Beaten; New Hotel

  The location of this new hotel is the star. It is nestled in a very busy area, surrounded by other hotels. It isn't hard to find, but the GPS seemed to have a difficult time finding it amongst all the other hotels. There are lots of little side roads to access the parking lot, so using your eyes is probably the best bet. We accessed the parking lot by driving through the parking lot of the Fairfield hotel, if that helps anyone. The various parking lots all seem to connect. If you have forgotten anything, there is a Target across the street. Lots and lots of restaurants and shopping are nearby. The hotel is not far from the exit to the highway. If you are driving to downtown Chicago, it should be about 40 minutes. It took us an hour due to bad traffic. The entryway of the hotel is very pretty, but not really being used due to Covid. The Covid restrictions are being taken very seriously. The check-in was quick and easy. The checkin desk was moved to the bar area, which was, again, due to Covid restrictions. I believe you can get a drink from the bar, which was open until 11. I only saw two people at the bar during my stay. It is very clean in the lobby restrooms, hallways, and throughout. Our room was also very clean, and the decor was pretty. The blackout blind was awesome! Beds and pillows were comfy. Netflix was available on the room tv, as well as other live-streaming networks. There are only a couple of small drawers, and the closet is more like wardrobe/cabinet. I think this place is designed mainly around those who are staying one or two nights. Wifi was free, as was parking. The only thing I think that might have improved our stay (and this is very minor) would be the toiletries. For two people, we received a tiny little bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and one sliver of hand soap. Maybe some larger or nicer toiletries, and two little slivers of soap? We did not get housekeeping services (we stayed two nights), but we were guessing that was due to Covid. It wasn't explained at checkout, so we were surprised, but it was fine. There are no fridges or microwaves in the room, and there is no pool, but we would come again. I recommend it.
