  Best food and comfy pillow

  They had the yummiest ongol ongol (traditional food) and a special aglio olio that you wont missed for. I would like to visit this hotel again, cause they really pay attention to safety protocol especially during this pandemic. Well done

  Pleasant Stay

  I had a really pleasant stay during my trip to Bandung. Check-in was flawless and reception was very friendly and informative about the facilities. Breakfast was superb and they provide various options of cuisine. For sure will be back for next trip to Bandung.

  An Elegance Staycation

  At a first glance before I decided to book a room in Four Points, I saw an elegance yet modern style from its building. For you who maybe stay in Four Points for the first time will get confused to find its lobby. The lobby is placed behind a cafe so you must take a complete U turn before find it. I arrived at Four Points an half hour before the check-in time and as my expectation, the room wasn't ready yet. But a helpful staff led me to wait at the restaurant and offered me a welcome drink. After checked in, I was welcomed by a modern-elegant room with king size bed (as attached in the picture) and also they fulfilled my request to have a room in high floor. The room was so clean so was the bathroom, it was a pleasant stay for me. As for breakfast, it was a basic breakfast where you can find omelette, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, tomatoes and also some Indonesian cuisine to brighten your morning. The dessert caught my attention. As an ice cream and cake lovers, Four Points didn't fail to give my palette a joy. Also you can have your morning coffee depends on your favorite, whether it's americano, capuccino, or latte. It was a pleasant stay in Four Points and I hope I can go back there for another staycation.

  Dangerous parking at Four Points Dago

  I visited Four Points due to the a nice restaurant called Buttercup at the ground level. I am a regular visitor of the place either with friends or family. Usually I parked my car at Pizza Hut or Super Indo, located at each side of the hotel, or my driver will drop me at the lobby. Today suddenly I wanted to park the car at the basement of the hotel. Little did I know the lurking dangerous of the parking path to the basement, my car hit the wall leading to the basement, and the wall is ornamented with potruding sticking out sharp garnish along the way. The right lower side of my car is damaged. Whom should I ask for questioning? Please hotel management, do something about your parking path, going down and going up. Both are equally dangerous. I understand mine is not the first and only accident. Visited the premises on 15 January 2021

  Short trip but memorable

  Being a member of Marriott Bonvoy means you can enjoy plenty of Benefit; one of the benefit is staying with redemption point, so for this time I use the redemption point for staying in this property. The hotel situated in the good location surrounded by many restaurants and other tourist attractions. I was checking in quite late around 20.00pm, I was assisted by Nancy, she greeted me with a very warm welcome, she explain about hotel facilities and etc. since staying with redemption point is not included with breakfast, i asked Nancy whether is it possible for me to get free breakfast for 1 person, She didnt refuse my request, she said she will get back to me and call me. She is so professional perhaps she need to get approval from her manager and she managed to call me and i get free breakfast for 1 person. The breakfast was served in buffet despite of the current situation, so the waiter/waitress eager to help, you can tell them what u want and they will get it for you. During check-out i was assisted by Putri, i spoke to her that i need to have late check-out, she managed to granted my request and extended my check-out time. Thank you for making my short stay memorable. I will definitely comeback to this hotel soonest.
