  Excellent Hospitality

  Best hotel in mahabaleshwar with spacious rooms, great ambiance of hotel and scenic location. Very nice staff and great hospitality. Excellent food quality and variety served with love from owner uncle and its staff.

  Excellent comfortable stay

  Visited during 1st Week of December for 3 Nights. This was our 2nd Visit, though after a long gap but still felt at home. Right from the booking process with Mr Imran who assisted very well. Check in and check out procedure was smooth. Rooms are well maintained and proper hygiene and sanitization is maintained in the property. Food is excellent and Mr Shahrukh and Mr Nitin from their kitchen team did a great job in assisting us with Jain food of our taste and requirement and also assisted in arranging early dinner and that too delivered at our rooms. Overall a great experience and definitely worth a visit.

  Fantastic family getaway

  If you are vegetarian and looking for a family getaway this is the place to go. The service and food is top class and they really go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. The property is also nice and well spread out, so even if its totally packed with guests you dont feel cramped. Highly recommended.

  It was with family and friends we had planned to travel mahabaleshwar and stayed at fountain hotel mahabaleshwar All in all a memorable holiday Special mentions to ramesh dhebe our room attandent prompt service and attantive Excellent service good housejeeping and room sevice by ramesh Good food Will visit again very soon

  Very well sanatised Good clean hotel

  Since covid this was our 2nd holiday at mahabaleshwar this time stayed at fountain hotel Very much clean and maintained property during our stay Observed that the sanatiszer person was hole heartedly was dedicated to his duty was sanitizing the rooms before and after checkout keep up the good job forgot his name (person with a cap) Spread in acers of land lawn areas garden areas for kids excellent sun set view from the room Special mentions to Imran for making our anniversary arrangements and a memorable one Since the time of interaction Mr Imran was very cooperative and helpful Overall a good holiday would recemond to friends Our room was good well maintained but had to ask for change the bedsheets and cover which was done immediately Request management to please provide basic room amenities which are not provided carry your own moisturiser conditioners water bottles mosquito repelents etc..
