  Further improvement needed

  When I first entered the room it was dim and warmed up. The room looked clean. Kitchen is quite dated. The bed was quite soft but I slept okay. The one thing that irked about was the stained and worn sofa bed in the room. I felt uncomfortable sitting on it. The shower head is very low and I had to stoop down to wash my hair. Reception is very polite. I can't say I like to stay there again.

  What can I say......... Firstly I would not stay again, but that doesnt mean it's not for you? Secondly, the bathroom had been revamped and was really nice so I expect there's a refurbishment plan underway?

  Very clean and spacious unit

  Receptionist and housekeeping staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Unit 3 was large and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and very modern. The rest of the unit was less modern but certainly comfortable and spacious with a large kitchen with all the basics for motel meal preparation including a large tea pot which is often lacking. We were very impressed that there was only a "swish" of traffic noise despite being near the road. Lovely thick dark curtains which made the room perfect for sleeping. Large comfortable bed. Next to a park and took us 20 minutes to walk to River walk. I would have preferred brighter lights in the kitchen and livng area but would stay again. I did not have time to use the heated pool but it looked inviting.

  Unpleasant stayed experience

  I stayed at the motel for 3 nights and it was experience was bad. The room was very old, smelly and tiny. No wardrobe and no extra security lock. The shower head was disgusting. They shouldn't sell the room to customer at all.

  Dont judge the book by the cover

  While the outside of the building looked tired the unit we stayed in was really good. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The unit also contained a 42inch tv and free WiFi. We will definitely be staying here again.
