  Room service (Nandini and Chandan)

  The service provided was good and with politeness. The service was provided on time. She was humble and completed all our requirements. She is a good worker. She came herself to ask if anything is required.

  Fortune stay

  We stayed in room 314 and 315 for two days . The room service was very good.and the rooms were very well maintained. The floor staff and the room service people are good. And their service was excellent. The house keeping staff Miss. Nandhini was polite and prompt in doing her work. After COVID The restaurant menus were tremendously reduced and starters in the buffet was only on request. And served very less quantity. As well as the quality of food need to be improved.

  Great Service for housekeeping department

  Very nice staff and all the people are good and genereous everything was perfect and good nice atmosphere housekeeping department member chandan jha has taken good care of us overall good experience .

  Pleasant stay and excellent and humble service by staff Ms Nandani and Arun

  It was plesant stay at Fortune Grand Ridge. Service and food quality excellent. Staff is very cooperative. Specially Ms Nandani and other serving staff is very polite and of helpful nature. I would definitely stay here only in future

  Such a let down - Stay away - Book at your own risk

  There is nothing much to write. As there is nothing much to review. The hotel didn't even provide me the promised room. Period. Imagine this happening to you when you are planning a spiritual sojourn the very next day with your family. I have never come across a scenario in my travels when : 1. I have a reservation confirmation number from the hotel 2. I check 3 days in advance whether my booking is confirmed - I am informed that the booking is confirmed and I need not make any payments 3. I am called by hotel staff the evening before my travel to confirm whether I am visiting or not - I confirm that I am coming And yet, I receive an email (within half an hour of S.No. 3.) that my reservation has been cancelled. On calling up the hotel I am told that even if I pay now there are no more rooms available. Nobody explains to me why I was not informed of the same as per S.No.2. The only thing I am informed of is that online booking (forget the fact that it is through Fortune's official website) and local reservation are different things. My booking has been cancelled by those who manage the booking website! Thankfully I got a room in nearby Taj and had one of my sweetest journeys:). I thought I would escalate it to Fortune's management, but I think it is useless - the hotel hasn't even cared to respond to my email reply to the cancellation. So I won't waste my energy there. I am writing this review for general information based on my experience. It is definitely possible that such events are rare, but it rare events that differentiate exemplary customer service. I will avoid booking a room here. I would recommend the same to you.
