  Overall a satisfying stay

  The hotel is located in GIDC area where most of industrial setups are present so distance wise it is a winner. The hotel has a restaurant at ground floor where breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good but in terms of space it is slightly clumsy. Room service is OK but food as per me was oily.

  Amazing Stay with excellent room, friendly staff, and delicious food

  We had a one-night halt at Vapi. Since fortune park is located in the city right across the highway with good connectivity, we booked their suite room with breakfast. The hotel from the outside is just two storeys high but inside, the hotel expands like anything. It isn't easy to see the other end if you are standing at one end. The reception staff was warm and pleasing. Also, they have a stringent policy for COVID-19. I had to fill an undertaking stating none of us have any symptoms, including showing the Aarogya Setu app. These precautions are pretty good considering the reach of the pandemic. Coming to the rooms, being a suite, it had a living room and bedroom. The living room had lovely sofas, a small table as well, as a large L-type table for keeping your luggage. The bathroom was connected to the bedroom (kind of master bedroom types). The bedroom was large with plentiful space and a large king-size bed. The bathroom was neat and clean and also had a hairdryer in case anyone wanted to use it. The orchid restaurant serves one of the most delicious foods I have ever had. The morning breakfast is continental buffet breakfast with food spread ranging from North to South India. It also included muffin cakes of various flavors, croissants, toast, fresh fruits, juices, flavored curd, and everything else. The taste and quality were top-notch. They also have a small cake shop inside where you can buy cakes if you want. There is also some offer such as 30 percent off on some days. All in all, Fortune Park Galaxy truly lives up to its reputation of being a member of the ITC hotel group. The service is top-notch, hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying here and experiencing the hospitality if you are going to visit Surat.
