  Muy acogedor

  Tremendamente bien ubicado, en un paraje maravilloso, con un amplio parque que lo rodea. Correcta comida y desayuno, sin ser gran cosa. habitaciones acordes al precio. Atención esmerada. Lo mejor , sin dudas, es el entorno y las vistas que se pueden disfrutar desde allí. Recomendable, sin grandes pretensiones.

  Good staff

  Lovely place. Rooms were large, pool and surrounding area were great. Luigi and Antonio were very, very good. Breakfast was varied and the croissants were good. Different yogurts which I liked. Very good service.

  Recommended even for groups!

  I spent 3 nights in the hotel with a group as a tour leader. The hotel is in a very nice enviroment, and pretty good conditions.The staff was really attentiv and always ready to help. We stayed with HB, and both berakfast and dinner was really nice. I have to say special thank for the staff in the reastaurant. They never stopped smiling, which was a huge plus. Keep up the good work! :)

  Comfortable and Welcoming

  I was in this resort as part of a tour group but if Id have known just how great it was, I would have stayed for longer! My room was a great size with lots of room for all of my bags. The bathroom was a great size with a bath, shower, toilet and bidet. There were lots of hooks and hanging rails and shelves near the sink for your things. The breakfast was lovely and the wait staff were just a delight to chat to each morning. The breakfast food was great with a good selection of pastries/cakes, breads, spreads, fruit, meat, cheese and cereal. The coffee machines made excellent coffee and there were juices available as well. The bar staff were lovely and were happy to make cocktails or wine or tea or whatever you wanted. There were always snacks at the bar in the afternoon. The reception staff were lovely and so helpful. They would hold our keys when we went out to cycle and give them back to us when we returned. They helped us book restaurants and transport. There was a pool and a nice outdoor are as well as a natural solarium - when it was sunny outside you could sit in the solarium in lovely warmth. If youre looking for a friendly, welcoming resort with everything that you need in between your visits around beautiful Tuscany, Fortuna Resort is an excellent place to have as your home away from home

  Nasty Staff

  As I was awaiting for someone at a function in the hotel, I sat in the garden across from the front entrance. After several minutes, a woman named Danila, she didnt give me her title, yelled at me and several other people who were waiting politely, that we were under no circumstances EVER allowed to wait in the garden in the hotels seats and that we must leave and never return. Listen, after that I NEVER will.
