  Great location

  Having read a recent one star review, posted on the day before we arrived. I did not recognise it as the place we stayed at. The host showed us to our room on arrival gaves us the WiFi password. The room was a good size ensuite with towels and toiletries laid out. Beds were comfortable. There was a shared kitchen which we used one day. TV in room. There is also a communal TV lounge. We booked room only so didn't have breakfast there. We stayed 4 nights and we were happy with the location. There was available onstreet parking If there was a downside it was because there was no bedside lamp and that is my only minor criticism. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  2 day break

  booked this hotel for a 2 day break could not book in till after 2pm host carried our bag to room and gave us wifi password on checking room with en suite shower to small to use no iron our hairdryer as advertised breakfast was extra but not english (but was very good) after first day coffee and sugar were not replaced bed not changed overall not bad for a 2 day stay but would not stay again

  Come and stay!!!

  Firstly, this is a cheap 3star b&b in Blackpool not a 5star hotel. The b&b is basic but clean and well presented. Its close to the prom and thats why people book to stay here. The host is friendly and on the second day knocked on the room door to ask if I required tea/coffee! Please dont read all the negative reviews and base your decision on this..... I came with dread and was happy (relieved) after check in.

  Disgusting never stay there again

  We booked for 2 night bathroom was fully of mould would never go back there. Keep away from there ppl. Got pictures of bathroom i was shock. And dirty mattress outside aswell. Glad i was out allday couldnt sit in that room because it was that bad

  DISGUSTING SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

  i only stayed here for one night , intentially book 2 nights. cancelled holiday as it was so disgusting, full of mould ,smelt of smoke.room was dirty and awful !!!!!! we arrived we checked in the was on par , but thought it will be ok, we went the shop to get air freshener as it was that bad! we came back to room, to then having loud drilling with the windows open , so closed windows that was up till 8pm and the room just smelt even worse .so had no choice to stay with a littlegirl who was tired , upset and had headaches. When complained , thry didnt seem that bothered and intentially just said'spray some air freshener'that i laughed and said i already said i did. the seriouness is that i have a child who had headaches and advise them of there damp and mouldy hotel..... they cancelled the hotel and offered to change our room the next day .we had loads booked the next day . when we returned back to the hotel from our early morning day out , i asked if our room was ready and they said no .. that they gave it to someone else and that we can stay in the mouldy horrible room again... my daughter got upset again and i packed up and left to go home .... holiday ruined what was meant to be something to get away from a family tradegy... owners do not care and never apologised once they are money grabbers . i will never reward this hotel with no stars as i said should be shut dowm. pictures are not the reality what this hotel looks like. black mould in rooms . smell of damp. I will be reporting this to enviromental health . please do not book especially if you have children .IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!! NO STARS
