  Genial para descansar camino al Kruger

  Hotel impecable, con excelente precio por las comodidades que ofrece. Habitación amplia, la cama enorme y súper confortable. Baño grande, con bañera y ducha. La atención del personal es correcta, pero destacamos la actitud de una de las chicas que al llegar a otra sucursal por confusión, nos acompañó hasta el lugar indicado.

  must have a voucher for outside restaurants, so that you can be able to buy what ever good you want, if there not able to cook for less people at that day. Because the one that they offer you don't have more options that you can eat, where's you pay a lot of money for that food.

  Noisy and old

  Hotel is centrally located in town which means noise levels are high, even over weekends. The furniture is old and damaged. The carpet in our room was burnt on several different places. The basin in the bathroom was cracked. Because of the old and burnt carpet and furniture you get the feeling that room is not clean and hygienic. The room was very spacious and the linen on the bed of good quality. My opinion is that it was not good value for money

  Fantastic Year-end Staff Lunch

  Best value, best service, tasty food served hot and on time. What a pleasure it was to be greeted with smiles by caring and attentive staff going the extra mile to make the staff lunch unforgettable. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Well done and thank you.

  Smiles and Friendliness Sells

  We all know that smiles are warm and Welcoming right? I think every company that works with different people daily should actually invest in staff that can Welcome their clients or guests warmly and feel at home away from home. On the 3rd of February ,I was celebrating my 3rd Wedding anniversary, I had a very hectic week ahead, I decided to bring my wife along to join me so we can Spend our anniversary together while I was on a business trip. My plan was to have a romantic dinner with my wife that night at the hotel, so I bought Flowers and gift ,got them Ready for the night as my wife was still on the way. (The Dinner idea was a Suprise for my wife by the way) Time to check in came, I went to the Hotel reception with Hopes that I'll get a special table set for two. Boom, just from the entrance the faces I got from the reception were like ( who are you, what do you want?) Still I approached the Desk, at this moment I'm already sceptical about my plans, I then Greeted the lady(The receptionist)in a black suit with Golden Hair. The lady didn't even bother to greet me Back, as I introduced myself, she was already asking me questions like " do you have reservations with us?" I could not even engage her on my requests, I decided to cancel my Suprise plan and headed to my room with all my bags. No one bothered to assist with Back or usher me to my room. I spent the whole week sad and wondering, if this actually this is what other clients get as a welcome or it was just a bad day for me. This broght me to my conclusion that : if you have a business that deals with people, then you need staff that loves and welcomes people. Sometimes you dont need a good marketing or Sales strategies for you business to grow substantially, you need People who loves their Jobs and Loves People.
