  Worst hotel

  This hotel is very disgusting especially the Indian guy in the front desk was very rude to accommodate to us..almost five minutes were standing there to before he decide to talk to us together with my wife..I came from Dubai to experience there hotel but he doesnt know that Im also working in famous 5star hotel in dubai..management of this hotel please teach this guy how to deal with the guest and how to pampered them.

  Terrible

  Main desk is not friendly, the rooms smell of cigarettes and are not clean. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors haggling with a prostitute at 3 in the morning. In conclusion you get what you pay for and this hotel is cheap all over.

  More a hostel than a hotel

  As usual, hotels are the hardest section to review. But if you are looking for some affordable accommodation near diving center like me, so this will be your just for sleep room (my personal rank for it is 1 star). But if you are looking for a honeymoon hotel or something luxurious with fancy service so it is better not even to think about this hotel. Just to be honest, the room is clean and smells nice.

  Ridiculous hotel staff & management

  Beware to the staff name Christine and Sravan. They lured us for complimentary late check out at 4pm but we end up paying additional half rate charge despite that we check in late at 3:00am for three rooms and we just requested for one room to have late check out at 4pm wherein in normal hotel, we used to get complimentary late check out till 6pm. Please avoid this hotel in fujairah as you will have more hotel choices around. This is NOT a value for any single penny.

  Poor Facilities and Service

  We were couple which didnt trigger the front desk receptionist at all, once we got inside the room we were shocked to see that we had twin beds room, TV is too small with poor channels, the bigger shock that they do not provide water kettle with tea and coffee sachets like all hotels globally starting from one star level so you have to buy from them UNBELIEVABLE.
