  Buen hotel

  Un buen hotel, cómodo y con un buen servicio. Resalta con el resto de la ciudad. El desayuno no nos gustó mucho, ya que no estamos muy acostumbrados a ese tipo de comida, pero todo estaba muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Recomendado 100%.

  Buen hotel

  Muy nuevo. Habitación muy espaciosa, en nuestro caso que somos dos, nos asignaron una habitación con dos camas de matrimonio enormes. Personal encantador y amable. Parking muy cómodo. Desayuno en su mayoría de comida china. Es este quizás el único inconveniente. Aún así, vale la pena.

  Nice modern accommodation

  We stayed here as a family of 5 as an overnight getaway from Taipei. The hotel itself was modern and clean and definitely caters more to the business clientele. We had room 1001 with nice views and with outfitted with all the amenities, fridge, nice big safe in the very large bathroom, and very comfortable beds. There was even a second toilet with its own room very convenient for our number of people. The service at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. The included breakfasts included a very nice selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Its location, was about 2km from the train station and not really near any specific tourist site, so felt a bit out of the way. Couple things that made it not get a full 5/5 review the bedsheets and pillow cases had an odd smell (hopefully not from previous usage) and when I called to request extra pillows, they wanted to charge $100NT! And even the bottles of water in the room had to be paid for.

  Great choice in Changhua, but not near train station

  The only real criticism of this hotel is that it's not near the train station or centre of town. It's a big modern hotel with nice sized comfortable rooms. Good helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. There's some decent eating places around the hotel area. Taxi to train station takes about 10 minutes.

  Average Stay, but Could be Better

  The Bad: - The service at the check in counter was extremely inconsistent and depended upon the person working there. Sometimes, they were rude and sometimes extremely friendly and helpful . -Breakfast buffet was average . A basic selection only and no made to order options. - Ventilation system was poor and filled the room constantly with the smell of smoke , causing both of us to sneeze often. -Bathroom design is modern looking but odd and impractical , especially the location when exiting the shower. -We stayed 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. My parents rooms front door lock was totally broken which means anyone could enter without even having a key. They did try to fix it twice and were not successful, but they did offer changing room to different room. The Good: - We had to depart on our first morning at 5:30 AM ,so they offered to prepare a breakfast box to go. This outstanding to go breakfast box was packed with abundant breakfast items including fruit, drink, breakfast sandwich, and pastries. I would rate this thoughtful breakfast option 5 stars - Stylish and modern breakfast and eating area - Room was spacious. - A 7-11 , coffee shop, and several restaurants are a five-minute walk away
