  Out of the rain

  This is a hotel in a residential area, it appears to be an extended stay. We had a clean room, comfortable bed, full kitchen. There was a laundry for customers to use. We had a decent breakfast in the morning. We were quite comfortable, this isnt luxury, but way more than adequate. They allow pets. The staff was really nice and professional.

  Poor - Would not stay again

  Not what it looks like on website, Hallways smell. Rooms you turn on the air conditioning (window) blows dust into the room, I had a hard time breathing as I have allergies. Very Old and rundown. Would not stay again. Breakfast was told by the front desk only Water and Coffee. Noisy window A/C.

  Not a hidden Gem or diamond in the rough

  Booked a six day stay on Booking.com Listing showed hotel as being a budget friendly option in a Northern BC city. Listing also stated that there was free breakfast. This was a lie. There is hot coffee with sugar and coffee whitener on some mornings with disposable cups. No lids though. The room I booked was listed as a single bed with kitchen. It had a fairly new fridge and a two burner hot plate. The sink, fridge and stove setup didnt work. The sink did but not the other two. One plate, bowl, and no cups or mugs. It also had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. The tv was alright. I had a ground floor room with no air conditioner or fan. Got kinda stuffy in there. No window screen either. The box spring had no cover on it and it was rough to say the least. The wifi did seem to work fine. The bathroom light activated the fan and as someone else wrote, sounded like a jet engine taking off. There was no toilet paper holder in the washroom, just a roll on the back of the toilet. The hotel was mostly filled with folks working in the area. Some of the people I met there made me a bit uncomfortable. If I had my family with me, wed stay somewhere else. The guy that checked me in was very friendly. The parking lot also had lots of room for pickups.

  Decent place, good value and great staff.

  Thank you Gary and staff for making my stay enjoyable. I long termed here for about 4 months. If ever I had a problem or concern they were heard and dealt with. Great value and pretty good rooms. I would recommend staying here.

  Be careful!

  Stayed at this Motel, was awesome the staff were friendly, the rooms are clean... little noise in hallways with other patrons which is expected... overall a good sleep UNTIL: 6am you get a rude wakeup call of someone getting shot in the Hallway, screaming and hollering that sounds like a domestic dispute with banging doors than to go to the Front Desk to advise them and there is no staff working at the Hotel at all. The Hotel was flooded with Police Officers with rhe Crime Scene tape everywhere.! My wife and I left.
