  Quality Hotel with Exceptional Service - Your home away from home

  Having had the experience and option to stay at many of the five star top hotels in Dubai on Business, I can honestly say that the exceptional service we have experienced in the Form Hotel could rival of any of these. Hamza as GM is a fantastic leader and leads from the front and gives fantastic personalised service which is also exemplified across all of the team members from front of house (Walid, Janel & Ziad) to housekeeping & security (Joshua) who are all amazing! Thank to you all for making us feel so welcomed and at home. So much so we will be staying long term! :)

  Royally treated by the staff, elegant atmosphere, cozy beds and coffee that blew my mind.

  THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD SO FAR. I have been to a few countries and white a number of high end hotels and also have few family members in the hotel business. This hotel besides being elegant and contemporary decorated by fine architects gave me a sweet memory of being treated by each and every staff with utmost respect care and genuine politeness. Something I have found to be very rare these days. The staff within a couple of days have taken a special place in my heart. It would be utterly unfair if I would take names of any employees who stood out as each one of them were special and they worked there like they cared about the business as their own. Priceless . Each of the staff deserves appreciation. Thank you so much to the whole team for the experience and warm and cozy feeling you have instilled in my heart and memories. And when I say heart it's because you're good selves have actually managed to reach to it . More than just 3 day passerby customer I have left there as a member of a family. And it's only been a couple of hours since I left and I miss it. Genuinely impressed by every aspect of the hotel . Even in a difficult time of covid 19 and related problems you have managed to keep your standards high and services at max .

  First Timers

  Me and my boyfriend stayed there for the first time and I must say it was worth it. Our room was amazing, great interior very minimalist and cozy. What we loved the most was the breakfast (good quality and properly prepared). To top it all of off they gave us an upgrade as well. Thank you guys for the great service Will surely come back soon.

  Scandic style in Dubai!

  If you love scandic styled hotels, this is the hotel for you in Dubai! It is modern. The room I stayed in was spacious, the bed was comfortable The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and efficient. I had several requests and it was dealt excellently (housekeeping, concierge, etc). The in-room coffee facility was a treat! I also think the hotel was newly built! Sadly I only stayed overnight (connecting between Asia and Europe); the hotel is relatively near to the airport, hence one of the factors why I have booked this hotel. I am not quite sure though, with the ease of a metro or bus, but I can see a metro station nearby. Taxi or uber was easy to catch, so no worries about transportation. I have enjoyed my stay and definitely will come back.

  Dubai you don't expectp

  Let me start by telling you that the staff of this hotel are really kind and helpful. Always attentive to the customer's needs. Cleanliness and impeccable services. Continental breakfast served at the table (buffet services have been eliminated with the pandemic) Tastefully decorated and minimalist rooms but for the time spent in a hotel room they are adequate. Optimal position, from the airport about twenty minutes by taxi and then the Metro stop (green line) at 300 meters allows you to reach everything in the city. Cost of the 22 DH day ticket, this is also interesting for the next Expo. Exceptional value for money I absolutely recommend this hotel.
