  Hotel muy bien ubicado

  Muy lindo hotel, con salida a una hermosa playa, con reposeras y sombrillas. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, con cocina completa. Muy recomendable,enfrente tiene una despensa y barcito de playa para comer.

  Nice little place , more than what I expected

  We stayed here for two nights by a last minute hotel change. We arrived very late in the night and the lady at the front desk was so nice. She sensed our exhaustion and quickly gave us a room and told us in the morning we will deal with the whole check in process. The room was really nice, more than what I expected to be honest. Large and clean. The view was to die for, we got an ocean view. I would say more of an ocean front. The next morning we did our check-in process and found out breakfast was included to my surprise. Breakfast was wonderful. You get a few options to choose from and you get quite alot. I'm very picky when it comes on to hotels so I wasn't expecting much from here but I was impressed. I had no complaints or disappointment. The staff was friendly and professional, the place was clean and well kept. It felt like home. We will definitely return.

  Needs Work

  All other hotels we have stayed at in Negril have someone to assist with any questions while in the beach chairs etc. shower had just a trickle of water, WiFi did not work, no blankets on bed and the sheets kept coming off as they werent fitted. Positives are the beach is nice and large and our breakfast was delicious.

  This place and booking.com are running a scam

  We were supposed to stay here 2 nights. Booking.com told us we would have to pay $318 when arriving at the property (i have a confirmation email), but when we arrived my card had already been charged for a higher amount + extra hidden fees. The management tried to put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned, no running water, in the back of the property near some loud machines, and with no windows. When we tried to complain about the extra charges and the dirty room we were threatened by some big guys who were told by management to beat us up, we were robbed and kicked out of the property in the middle of a storm at night. The management has since attempted multiple other charges on my card and booking.com has refused to help or compensate. After asking around I was told this was a common scam by booking.com and foote prints and locals were aware of the management's violence. We are two women travelling for christmas. We didn't deserve the treatment we received from booking.com and their scam partner!! Avoid at all cost!

  Excellent stay at Foote Prints!

  We were moved to Foote Prints after a mixup at our booked hotel (room did not match the description) and we could not have been happier. We stayed in the two bedroom unit. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, and the unit was great. My only critiques would be that it needs some updating - The AC units worked well, but the remote was old and hard to work (all of the writing was off the buttons, so it was a guessing game!). The fridge is also old, and the freezer does not truly freeze. I would also add a microwave to the room. The hot tub looked like a great option on the roof of the bar, but appeared to be broken and was out of service. Otherwise, the location was peaceful and quiet, we loved the huge patio at night, and ate breakfast a few days in the restaurant. I would definitely stay again.
