  Hotel with potential, but the service must improve.

  Lets start with the positive things. The hotel is perfectly located in Elblags new Old Town, close to several good restaurants and the tourist sights. The exterior of the building is beautiful, and my room was very nice. The service during check-in was quite bad. The staff seemed very uninterested and was almost rude. Requests for additional services were met with sighs. The staff in the hotel restaurant was equally uninterested, but to be fair, the food was very good. In summary, average hotel that could be much better.

  Go check out the pool

  The location of the hotel is perfect - restaurants, cafes and sights are all a few steps away. The room was clean and spacious. It seemed like we got the best room in the hotel as we had nice views to the city from two sides. A little nag was the entertainment system of the room. Namely the TV started playing the moment you entered the keycard. We turned the TV off but it turned itself on at 1 oclock in the night and woke us. Either it was malfunctioning or the previous guest made a joke by programming the alarm. Pulled the plug to be on the safe side. Either way the system needs to be more foolproof. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The indoor pool and sauna area in the basement was the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Overall a nice hotel.

  Great food and wine in a corridor.

  We had dinner at this hotel and really enjoyed the food, though we were placed in a narrow file of tables next to a fairly raucous birthday party. Inevitable on a Sunday night, I suspect. Food was very good and the service was more than efficient.

  Great location

  Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location to old town. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Sadly the spa area and pool was out of action but looked nice. Gym quite small and limited.

  Very good with parking

  The hotel is very central and walking distant to the few attractions in Elblag. Breakfast was excellent and the room was correct. The garage is gated and you need to first stop at the front desk to get a transmitter..parking spaces are ok in size.
