  Hotel de Austria Fluchtorn

  El hotel esta muy mal no hay ni una persona simpática todos los que trabajan son muy aburridos.La comida aquí es la peor comida que he comido en toda mi vida.Si quieres que te den wifi tienes que ir a recepción i después te dan un wifi pero solo por UN DÍA.Yo no puedo entender como es que este hotel es de 4 estrellas la verdad es qué yo le pondría 1 o como máximo 2 estrellas. Es el peor hotel que he ido en toda mi vida no recomiendo este hotel prefiero alquilar una habitación!!!

  Technically ok but no warmth

  The hotel is relatively new, rooms are nice and location is great. We stayed with 2 small kids for a week incl. half board. Food was ok as well but we totally missed any warmth or hospitality as well as service you would expect from a 4 star hotel (unfriendly or incompetent reception, no help with luggage, nothing for kids at all), particularly considering the price!

  Friendly and Comfortable + Good Location

  I liked my experience with Fluchthorn. The bathrooms are big, the beds comfortable and the breakfast delicious. I've chosen Fluchthorn (or Galtür in general) because of its closeness to ski pists like Ishgel and the various trekking paths. The hotel is directly on the main street which makes taking the bus for skiing or renting ski equipment (all in proximity of the main street and thus fluchthorn) very simple.

  Restaurant visit

  We werent staying at the hotel but visited its restaurant, which was great! One of the best in town, recommend! Fish and entrees were good, as was the daily menu. Very welcoming service and price/quality.

  Disappointed - switched to another hotel after one night

  We booked to stay at the Fluchthorn for a week this summer but switched to another hotel after one night. The hotel is not terrible, in terms of good points: it is well located, has a nice entrance area, and a good wellness which was the primary attraction for us. However, we found the room to be only ok despite a premium rate, the atmosphere to be very impersonal, and the quality of the food & service to be very poor and certainly not worthy of 4 stars (in fact it reminded us of cheap package hotels). Overall, we were very disappointed and wont be returning.
