  Great Stay, Beautiful Location

  I had a great week at one of the condos here. It's located on the water with the condos having multiple levels. The full kitchen and living area is on the 2nd floor above the garage, and the bedrooms are located on the third floor. Shelby, the General Manager, is an extraordinary host, with answers to any questions you might have. I would highly recommend and you can't beat the Keys. And, before I forget, they have a security gate so you feel safe for your entire stay. Enjoy!

  Wonderful place to stay

  This was a timeshare trade and we dealt with the Mgr, Shelby, for our stay. We originally had a 3 bedroom condo but she asked if we needed 3 and we said we only needed 2. She then placed us in a unit that had beautiful views of the Gulf and western sunset and it also overlooked the pool and canal that connected the ocean with the Gulf. The unit was well equipped and clean as a whistle. It was convenient to food stores and fast food and other restaurants. We and the other couple were totally satisfied with the unit and our stay. Shelby was very friendly and complient with our needs and requests. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Worst place I've ever stayed

  I do not recommend this resort at all. A lot of the amenities they claim to have are non existent such as hammock on the beach, no hammock...no beach, tennis court is full of trash, there's no miniature golf, security is null and void. As you can see in the pictures the gate is closed but the door next to it is open and that's pretty ,much all day, there is an unlocked box where they leave guest info with name, unit number, keys to the unit so practically anyone can walk in and take this info and make a copy of the 'do not duplicate' keys, the door to our unit has signs of forced entry and it has no chain to double secure it once inside, a UV light confirmed my suspicion on how dirty the couch, the chair and one of the beds were. Thanks Anthony Melchiorri of Hotel Impossible for showing me what to look for in hotels. There were no trip advisor reviews at all at the time I booked it and now there are 2 and both are 'excellent' rating by folks with no other reviews under their belt. My guess, they wrote it. (Another tip from Anthony.) Going forward, no reviews...no booking. By the way, office hours are from 8-4 most days, 8-1, Tuesday, until 6 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. I was supposed to be there for the week. I left early and the desk clerk didn't ask me why nor why not. That was the best decision because the rest of my vacation was Fantastic!!!!!

  Great Place!

  The condo units are large, on three floors. Everything is clean and the unit had everything you need. We loved our stay there. Location is very good with a lot of wonderful restaurants near by. We drove down through the Keys to Key West, great day trip! We went snorkeling and swam with the dolphins in Key Largo, it was the best!
