    Lovely hotel. Very welcoming to UK guests

    Great location, two hour drive from the airport. Transport was arranged by the hotel. The rooms were clean and the view was excellent, directly by the sea. Food was fresh with plenty of choice and the staff very welcoming. We did all inclusive and the staff were very quick to offer drinks and service at both the bars and table. The pool was clean and well maintained and the beach is by the pool. Again clean and plenty of sunbeds.

    Excellent location Best value for Money Great Hotel

    We resided in the Hotel for a week (14-21) July , Hotel is excellent in every way as a tourist welcomed from Hungary Rooms are very comfortable with AC , Hot Kettle, coffee tea provided , clean and great bed to sleep. we spent a week vacation here for one reason they have a private beach with a pool , they take very good care for the guests just one word amazing , you get many options for food to choose , Food quality is too good i would love to come back anytime , would recommend to any one who is looking for a stay here or a vacation to spent

    Amazing hotel!

    Stayed for a week with family. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always polite and welcoming. The hotel is small and very well run. Very clean and the AI system works well. The standards are very high on the food with plenty of options for veggies as well. The pool is not large but there was room to sit around most of the time but as the hotel is on the beach (a few steps, probably 7 or 8) its never a problem. There are free sun beds and umbrellas there too, along with staff to help with putting up umbrellas and getting drinks. The sea when we were there was a little rough getting in and out but super warm and great fun. Not ideal if you have very young ones but teenagers and above absolutely brilliant fun. Its only a few lira (30 or so) for a taxi into Alanya (which works out about £5) so ideal if you want to be away from the hustle but close enough to visit. Mustafa and his team are outstanding and made us feel like VIPs, stopping to enquire if all was ok and chatting. If you want to stay up till 4am dancing, this is not the hotel to do it in. If however you want a great hotel with good food, attentive staff on the beach and clean I would recommend it. We visited the Dim caves and not far from there there are restaurants on the Dim river where you can eat with tables in the river. Although it was red hot (35 degrees) and the sea was lovely and warm the river was freezing! This was my first experience of Turkey and definitely wont be my last. Thank you for a lovely stay:)

    Not 4 star hotel at all

    The only good thing about this hotel that it is on the beach. Rooms are small not at all like in the pictures.If you want to change the room or keep it for longer its not possibal! You hear one exscuse after another ,come tomorow ....and next morning you hear the same come tomorow....i paid extra for seaview got a room down stairs by swimming pool, tried to change it for 3 days with no luck .. And the food is so terribal ,coffee even wors ,asked for fresh orange juice and had to pay for them even hotel says all inclucive.was promised a shower room because i was leaving late in the evening and they let me stay in the room till 14 ...but when i asked for shower room was problems again getting it .... beds are very hard and short ,my legs were out and im only 171 cm high,aircondicioner is right over your head, no extra blankets or shower gels just showercaps and soap....this hotel is defentaly not 4 stars

    Excelent hotel

    The hotel is situated at the Kleopatra beach. I stayed for twelve nights with my friend and would realy like to stay longer. The hotel is very well run. Very clean and everything works well. The food was great. Plenty of veg. Everything delicious. We never stop eating- food was served from early morning with snackes during the day until fantastic dinners. The Shef was always there and could tell about the way of preparing some meals. Botteled water in the fridge by the restaurant. Coctails and drinks untill 11 pm. The pool is not large but as the hotel is on the beach (only problem is that the sea is cutting some constantly). There are free sun beds and umbrellas there and staff ready to help with putting up umbrellas and getting drinks. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. The hotel is the best option for people who wanted quite holiday. Thank you very much and hope stay in the hotel again.
