  Great hotel near the sea and the beach

  Great hotel just by the sea and the beach, very charming and peaceful atmosphere, great for families with children and there is a great park for the kids, restaurant and the food are great, staff are very helpful and cooperative, easy accessible with the car and from the highway, definitely will be back soon!   Worst hotel

  The hotel is old, dirty and unmaintained. Is in the same condition that when it was build somewhere in the 1970. The rooms are smelly and dont have air conditioning. In addition we were booked in a different room as we received the keys of the room. So on the second day the reception the gave the second key of the room to somebody else so they barged into our room during the day. When we checked what happened at the reception they told us it was a mistake but we were still in the wrong room in the system. The restaurant is in the hotel next door and it is on the same level as the hotel. Pretty terrible. There are 10 or more people waiting for the croissants and the the waiter bring 20 of them.

  Do not deserve to be called a hotel

  We made booking and when we reseved our room keys, we returned them immediatly. Beacause the so called sea view was a view to the next hotel...and everything was so old and broken. The air conditsioner is actually just air ventilator. And like max 5 min when we were inside the room, we were charged 74. Beacause "maybe someone else would have wanted to book the room, but beacause of us, they couldn't" and when we disagreed and didn't want to pay, they promised us to call the police... Bottom line they took our ID cards and refused to give them back...So yeah, beach is nice, but DO NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL!!! And it's co-operating with the hotel Imperial.

  AWFUL

  AWFUL Hotel. Firstly, just when you arrive you feel completely disappointed with the atmosphere. IT IS NOT like in pictures. Old, dirty and seedy. First day is the worst because you realize that you are wasting your money. It's a fraud. Almost 100 per night... And you'll not be able to sleep in the night because is plenty of mosquitoes and you can hear all people from others rooms. In the pictures you can see two beautiful swimming pools which belong to another different hotel, one of these it was being repeared and the other one is just a green tiny filthy square (we obviously didn't go in). I honestly hope you don't book total inclusive, because we got only breakfast, dinner (paying drinks) and the food made me feel sick every night... Worst Quality without variety. In breakfast you've to wait to pick up something. If the food is ended and you ask to the girl who is replacing the food she answer back to you very badly and moody. The room, minute, the bathroom it's so dirty, I've found holes in the towels and the most disgusting thing I've found it was a worm underneath the pillow in bed. Speaking about insects, the mosquitoes here are a several problem. We cannot sleep in two nights. You probably realize if you see the walls with one million stamped mosquitoes with blood included. Now, we are in our last night. And we spend all day in KRK ( a beautiful national park) the best option you can do : go out. Obviously we've arrived tired and sweated of all day out, and... A fantastic surprise it was waiting us... There was not warm wather. So then... I went to reception to ask what was happening and the girl just say that in a "few hours" it will be working. I take adventure and i asked for some solution for the mosquitoes too, and the young lady went to a kind of store and she has bought me an empty bottle of cream. Really seems a joke...

  Terrible

  It is hard to call this a hotel. When we book this hotel we were not expecting Hilton but to have 3 stars in Croatia you need to offer something more than building which was not renovated since 1990's. This hotel is still in codition as it was in the time when it was build, with the same terrible smell.
