    Good location

    So while I gave this hotel 3 stars, it's really because of the customer service. Very kind and attentive staff. While English wasn't their first language they were able to make my stay very comfortable. Pros: location is good electric tea kettle / fridge in the room hot plate (I didn't ask for pots and pans, so I don't know if they have) 15 minute walk to train station train station has tons of restaurants and stores (grocery, clothes, etc) 2 minute walk to a convenient store 2 minute walk to Chinese restaurant (Japanese style, don't look for American Chinese here) clean rooms in room wifi (although you need to request for the dongle to hook up) not a negative because some hotels will have rooms with weak wifi this solves the issue washer and dryer for public use cons: the room is pretty small. It was me my wife and child. I ended up sleeping on the floor. ( staff gave me extra sheets) there is no housekeeping!!! so you're responsible for cleaning your room every day ( there is a vacuum inside) and if you want fresh towels you need to ask the front desk. no 24 / 7 front desk. so if you come back later than 8pm (I think..) you need your key to get in. I'm not sure what happens if you forget your key (there is an intercom outside in which you can dial a number) but still it was a worry of mine that I wouldn't be able to get back into my room again, you need to take out your own trash. not terrible, as there are trashcans on the bottom floor outside, but still you're there on vacation! it's a 15 minute walk to the train station which can be tiring if you're traveling over Tokyo all day Would I stay again? I'm not sure I'd definitely search out a more full featured hotel for the price. But not a bad place by any means

    Not so bad

    Only stay for a night and the only prob i had is the bed .. it a bit hard and you can feel the bed spring. other then that i was ok for me n my wife .. * reception staff - so polite and helpful, btw they open from 9am-12am . * vending machine, microwave, wifi ( rqst dongle at reception ) , 7-11 just 5 min walk. * take public bus to maiyama stn ( disneyland ) it only cost 150yen * shin - urayasu train stn only 10-15 min walk * small room but should be ok for 2 adult * not so noisy area i will stay here again for 1-2 nite if visiting Disney again !!

    Great stay for Disney

    We arrived very early as we were going to Disney, the staff kindly let us check in straight away - the room comes with far more facilities than we needed. The sister hotel down the road also let us in late in the evening and printed our onward boarding passes when our reception had closed for the evening. The flexi chain is a very well run set up. There is a free shuttle to Disney or its just a 20 minute walk.

    Good for the price

    One thing to note is there is check in hours. I didn't realize that and arrived 2 hours later than I was supposed to. Luckily, there were still 2 employees working the front desk that could check me in. They were extremely helpful with any questions that I had. The morning that I left, there were no employees at the front desk, so I was told to turn in my key into a box. Make sure to note the front desk hours if you have any questions! I didn't realize there was a shuttle to Disney, so we ended up walking to the subway station, which is about a 15 minute walk. Not too bad. The rooms were nice and clean, small, but had everything that I may need. The bed was very hard and blankets were thin. No housekeeping. There is a 7-11 nearby to purchase any snacks. A tea kettle in the room, which worked out great because I love buying instant noodles while in Japan! Overall it was a decent stay.

    Could do with a dust

    Staff were polite and helpful. The rooms have everything that is needed. The room was very dusty and probably needed a once over with a spray and wipe. If you are a Disney Fanatic like I am the shuttle service is not as good as it could be. The park opens at 8 some days and the first shuttle does not arrive till 8.30 and can be late. We ended up catching taxis so we could go the park and better time for us. The bus is old and small. We caught it home once and it was crowded and uncomfortable. The price was good and would recommend for budget holidays. But keep in mind you are getting what you paid for.
