  Buen hotel

  Hotel limpio y servicio bueno. Cerca del estadio de fútbol. Buena estancia y precio correcto. El desayuno es muy bueno, completo y el comedor es acogedor. El servicio de habitaciones también es muy bueno.

  Clean but very cold

  Stayed here 2 nights and was disappointed. First night heating didn't work. Called reception twice, nothing done. 2nd night I was given a noisy electric heater. No radiator in bathroom made going in there a horrible experience every time. Cleaners threw away some food I left in my room. Breakfast was awful. Bar staff absent most of the time. I would never go back and fail to see how this place can call itself a 4 star hotel.

  Awesome service

  As soon as I walked in the door Maddy and Alysia received me with a great smile and awesome attitude. The rooms is comfortable and there is a shopping center right outside and restaurants. I give a 5 Stars to Maddy and Alysia for their great customer service and also to the Hotel

  Not impressed

  First impression arriving at the hotel was a bad smell inside the lobby and nobody waiting at the reception. At the room, first thing you see is a bag on top of the bed, which looks like some present, but was empty, just written that you can get breakfast if you pay (very weird advertisement). Then a sign saying that it's not allowed to order from thuisbezorgd, which was a problem because we arrived a few minutes before the curfew and there was no other option. We went to the reception to ask what are the options for food, and was told to order from thuisbezorgd... why leave the sign in the room then? In general was a 3 star hotel, not 4. The bed was comfortable, I had a good night of sleep, but wouldn't return.

  Sometimes very good, sometimes just poor

  When I arrived, I stumbled upon a full lobby with 4 employees talking loud, without distance or masks. The receptionist didn't bother to say 'hello' or 'welcome' and started with 'you want to check in!?'. During the checkin, she had to shout two more times that her colleagues had to shut up and... they did not. That is a bad start for sure. When I arrived in my room, there was a restaurant table set with blankets and full cutlery. Very nice. Even my second night, the table was set again. All meals were on take away basis (as is mandatory by the government) and were not bad at all. It's basic and unpretentious, but I enjoyed it for sure. The room was quite clean, although there was lime and soap residue in the bathroom, but I have worked in hotels before and this room was up to par when I know how cleaning is carried out. No complaints, the lady did her best. The room is big and luxurious. The hotel is located on a very ugly industrial neighborhood, so please don't take your kids here. The room has a view on some big box stores and a vast concrete pavement parking lot without a single tree. But within 15 mins you are on the Brunssumerheide or in Valkenburg so the location is fantastic if you have a car. Last remark: In 3 days I have not seen a single person wearing their mask right. A face mask does not work when worn as some sort of beard under your chin. It goes over the nose as well. It's supposed to be worn even when you are behind a (far too small) glass plate. It's supposed to be worn even when distancing. We are in this crisis for a year now and still I've seen like 6 employees and not a single time did he or she wear their mask right. How is that possible?
