  Service non existents

  Came with the family for a week over the holiday period, the location is very nice, quiet and tranquil, however they have a major issue with service. The first 2 days we were here they did not even have the room cleaned at all, then yesterday all they did was make the beds linen not changed, and change the towels, bathroom floor not washed, rubbish on floor not even picked up , never minded hoover, today whatever they found they put on the bed then made the bed on top of the items!!!!!! Came back to find unclean towels in my bed , then the bed made on it!!!!!! Rooms are not swept, or hovered , rubbish left on the floor , not picked up , bathrooms floor not cleaned since I arrived!!!

  Precioso lugar, muy tranquilo

  El lugar nos ha gustado mucho por la tranquilidad y la naturaleza alrededor. Las habitaciones pueden mejorar, los colchones no eran muy cómodos y habían muebles que se veían un poco desgastados pero estaba todo limpio. Tiene restaurante pero nosotros decidimos comer fuera. El personal fue amable y claro, tiene varios servicios (alquiler de bicicletas, sauna, piscina..) Suficientes plazas de aparcamiento y gratuito.

  Not worth the money

  We had a company meeting at the Wipselberg, having us all stay in the asylum seekers environment for 2 nights. Rooms (2 level cottages divided in 2) were basic to the max. Very very worn, many colleagues had all sorts of bugs in their bathroom, bed (eek) and room. Service is horrible. Food is very very basic, more like heating up prefab food. Please dont spend your money here!

  Weekend away in the forest

  It is a pretty hotel in the middle of the forest. Very nice view to the forest, restaurant is a beautIful building. Each lhouse has 2 apts. i have enjoyed my stay there. The apt is very nice with an outside area to sit ( table /chair) the room is nice and clean. I ate a sandwich ( carpaccio) and it was really big and nice! DONT EAT THE.CARROT CAKE ITS DISGUSTING ALMOST 5 EUROS HARD AND DRY.. TASTELESS....VERY BAD THAT THEY OFFER SUCH A CAKE...... for the rest all was good.

  Hotel with a good location for hikers and bikers.

  Nice weekend, especially the location was great. Minor points: - The room could be cleaner. - No coffee and tea facilities in the room. - the bathroom was slightly outdated. The service was great. I am going back for sure.
