  Muy buen Apart

  Pasamos 7 días maravillosos. El apart está no solo bien ubicado, en un barrio muy tranquilo y muy cerca del centro, sino que también está muy bien equipado. Tenemos 2 críticas para hacer:Pocas veces encontramos quien nos atienda en recepción, y durante 7 días intentamos hablar con el gerente, quien nunca nos atendió o no se presentó. 2- El correo nos dejó una encomienda que nos habían enviado desde Cairns, y nunca nos fue entregada. Se nos dijo que debíamos hacer la denuncia policial, la cual por una cuestión de tiempo, no pudimos realizar. Lo concreto es que la escasa atención que se nos prestó, fueron mas que deficientes.

  Not worth the money

  Booked to stay in the 2 bedroom apartment over New Years. The cost of the booking was nearly $500 a night which is quite steep. The advertised pictures on Expedia show that the room has a nice view with a balcony but when we got to the room we had a patio area with a big internal wall to look at. Once we got to the room the patio door had been left open and there was water all over the floor of the lounge room because it had been raining overnight. I have then tried to lock the patio door but I have then realised I wasnt given a key for it. I have then walked down to reception to request the key and the female at the desk said she would come up shortly to sort out for us. We have waited in the room for nearly 45 minutes for her and she didnt come up. I walked back down to reception to speak with her and she said she simply forgot. I have then told her that we needed to leave the hotel because we had plans. I have asked her to sort out the issue before we returned to our room later in the night which she agreed to do. When we have returned the door was not locked. The room could therefore not be secured overnight which was a massive safety issue. Further to this the room was so dirty. The patio area had rubbish all over it and dirt. There were stains all over the floor as well. I have then tried to brush my teeth in the morning and found that the sink in the main bathroom could not drain. I tried everything to get it to drain out which did not work. Further to this you are expected to basically clean the whole room and empty all the trash cans and clean dishes at the end of stay. I do not believe that this should be the requirement of guests. Are cleaners not employed at this hotel? The only reason I didnt give this place a 1 star was because it has an awesome rooftop balcony with great views and also because its close to the city. Overall not worth $500 a night. Wouldnt stay again.

  Dirty rooms

  The location is really good but the rooms/appartments are old and dirty. The shower floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned and there were seats and throw pillows with big dirty stains. See pic below. View is crap in our room. Walls are market badly from old furniture and what not. Price was average for town stays. Ive stayed in nicer places in same area so research and read reviews. I found rooms are very bare too. Like no furniture or radio clocks etc. it was weird.

  CANT BEAT LOCATION BUT THATS IT

  Short break NOVEMBER 2020 booked into a dirty apartment, admittedly after complaining were moved 2 much better clean corner 2 bdrm apartment with gr8t views on 8th floor which made our trip much better. Unfortunately the Fleet Lane Manager was very rude, arrogant & full of his own importance we got more compassion from the cleaner Michelle to b honest she was lovely. Must b a normal occurrence with these apartment buildings as the hallways we went to all stunk of varying curry/cooking/rubbish smells just like next door at ARISE BRISBANE TOWER CASINO which was rank. Parking was free but u wouldn't wanna have a 4WD we have a RAV4 but it was still a VERY TIGHT SQUEEZE. Couldnt use Pool/BBQ area due to COVID it was closed so dont know what that is like. Been there done that would not stay here again unless absolutely nowhere else to stay it was only for 2 nights a short break which was enough.

  Absolutely terrible

  In all my years of travelling in this has been by far the worst place I ever stayed in To begin with the parking is awfully tight and difficult to get out of We got to the rooms and the awful smell hits you The bathrooms had feces stains in the shape of fingers on the wall, by far one of the worst places in terms of cleanliness Then with more inspection everything was filthy The fans and air conditioning vents are presumably never cleaned due to the sheer amount of dust everywhere The carpets were riddled with different coloured stains and visible chunks of something that definitely wasnt carpet Multiple strings of hair were lying around everywhere Within ten minutes we called it The only highlight was that the person managing reception was willing to give us a refund outside of the rather tight refund time I am not planning to stay here any time soon and I highly recommend you stay away from this filth ridden disaster
