  Disappointed

  The photos are misleading. The AC didn't work. House keeping was poor. There's a basic hygiene standard to be maintained even if it is a Budget hotel. Staff was good and prompt. Breakfast was simple but good.

  Good

  Good hotel as per the location. Very well located. All good restuarants around. Should stay only if left with no options. Rooms just average types. Service too just ok. Very limited options in breakfast.

  My last FabHotel

  I recently booked this hotel and the hotel was nothing like showed in the pictures or which seems from the front. It is a very old property, doors of the rooms are in very bad condition, room was not clean, no cupboard in the room. I booked the hotel through Fabhotel app, I have been regular on Fabhotel at different places. To be true I never faced a problem, never felt the need of talking with the customer service. Talking of Flamingo as I was coming early morning I booked the room a day before and checked in early morning and I did not like the room so I asked the front desk if they can change my room he said all room are full I accepted. The same time I went for breakfast, the restaurant was big but as a complimentary there were idly and upma and tea. I called the customer service and told all this to that a lady at customer service told me you are the one booked the room yourself, you should have known all this we have pictures on the app. The pictures are photoshopped cleaned and sharpen, they does not show how the sink, the toilet and the doors look. There were no mention that the breakfast will not have any variety. The hotel itself is not economical, the room rent was like any of a good hotel serving buffet. I told her I can not pay anything to you for this room and breakfast and finally she said I will make sure the hotel people wont allow you to leave. That was the time I lost faith in Fabhotel once and for all. I am no more going to use this app anymore. I should mention that the hotel staff was supportive, I told them everything and they said if you dont like you can leave.

  Not a good hotel

  Stayed here for 3 days with the business purposes, room and bathroom was smelly, I complained also at desk many times but no one change my room , food is good but services was not up to mark, never stayed again this hotel..

  Value for money

  Stayed there for three days four nights .The staff were willing to go extra mile to make you comfortable.The rooms were clean and tidy .comfortable payments ,check in check out. Deepak in particular was a stand out .
