  Fine

  I had a pleasant stay here. Ample free outside parking as well as a garage. Staff friendly & helpful. The hotel is modern, rooms clean & fine. Inside swimming pool with sauna. Large grounds with external dining possible. The hotel is located opposite the B&S factory. Would return.

  Superb food and service.

  My husband and I spent 4 days at this hotel. We dined there for breakfast and evening meal every day. Everything we had was delicious. I love the little touch of a small tasting from the kitchen with every evening meal. All waiters were cheerful and helpful with an adequate command of English. The room we had had a massive bath which was appreciated after long days.

  Vacation

  Quaint hotel, excellent staff. Very clean. Dinner was superb. Breakfast was included which is an added plus. Rooms are small but well appointed. Customer service at it's finest. We needed train tickets for 6 from Munich to Regensburg. Steffi Bauer the front desk person, not only helped us with the information but also went to the railway station and purchased the tickets for us! She did this after her shift ended at midnight and dropped them off for us. Now that is truly going the extra mile!

  Nice stay

  We had a warm welcome when checking in. The rooms are more than large enough and very clean. I had a room at the back-side of the hotel, this room had a large terrace and view on the garden. Breakfast was very good, a large choice of thing to eat and drink, all well prepared (eggs, bacon, meat balls, sausage, ). Administration and paying when leaving the hotel done in a professional way. Conclusion: nice stay and a recommendation for this hotel!

  Nice and peaceful place, worth for a stop or a stay

  I spent the Friday night in this 4* hotel. Was a stop over during my motorbike trip from Brussels to Vienna. It was almost midnight, i was exhausted and needed some rest. Found the place by chance through booking.com Despite the late your, the staff at the frontdesk was so nice and so helpful. He even reopened the hotel garage to shelter the bike ...in the garage there is even a small workshop for motorbikes!! Nice, big rooms with peaceful view on the surrounding forest. Non smoking, but ask for a balcony and all is settled ...and you'll enjoy the quietness of Ilshofen's nights from closer. Very clean place, free wifi, good price (my king-size bedroom was 85 , incl 10 for the balcony) The hotel has also swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, jazz bar and offers plenty of hiking advices in the area. Worth a stop (not only for bikers) but certainly longer stays as well
