  Hotel con encanto en el norte de Baviera

  Nos alojamos en este pequeño pueblo que tomamos como base para recorrer Franconia, por estar cercano a Nüremberg, Wurzburg, Bamberg o Rothenburg ob der Tauber. El hotel, familiar, de habitaciones amplias, un agradable comedor en el que desayunar y con un trato muy atento. También disponen de servicio de restaurante para cenar. En conjunto una estancia muy agradable. Absolutamente recomendable

  Quaint Small Hotel

  We stayed here for two nights. Our windows opened onto the town square. The picture I have attached was the scene out our window. The iron stork sign for the hotel is to the left. No air conditioning and no screens on windows. The room and bathroom were clean and adequate. We kept the windows open for air circulation and that was a mistake because of the noise in the early morning of trash collectors and people heading to work. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel served good food and was convenient. Parking was very limited, located right in front of the hotel on the cobblestone square. You pay at a kiosk for parking until 6 pm and then it was first come first serve for about 10 spaces. They gave us a big iron key to the front door because no one was on duty after 10 pm We loved the small town German experience.

  Excellent location and the food is exceptional.

  An historic hotel in the heart of Bad Windsheim. Each one of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and to insure that your stay is above expectations. The rooms are very comfortable and restaurant is excellent.

  Quaint, cute and classicly German

  Spent only one night here but enjoyed every minute. From the fabulous and filling dinner in the downstairs restaurant, to the quaint rooms where one can sleep fitfully in the comfortable beds, to the plentiful and inexpensive breakfast buffet, to the sweet family that greets and treats everyone like theyre long lost family. I heartily recommend the Hotel zum Storchen.

  Beautiful, Quiet and Friendly

  I visited for the New Year and it was such a wonderful time. The staff is super friendly and all of them speak English! The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was large and everything was very clean. We had the king bed and my only critique would be to somehow make the mattresses join together. But it wasnt terrible enough that we were uncomfortable. There was free WiFi which was fast. There is limited parking in front but all around you can find parking. Everything is within walking distance so even if you parked in the street it was close. The location felt very central to a lot. The restaurant is great. Your stay comes with free breakfast. And although the menu didnt really change much our entire stay, it was very good each time. We had dinner here as well and everything was delicious. Our stay was excellent and would recommend this hotel and restaurant to everyone who visits Bad Windsheim.
