  Buen hotel en el centro de Melbourne

  Ideal si estás viajando en coche o moto ya que dispone de aparcamiento cubierto y gratuito. Esto es algo a valorar ya que no es fácil ni barato aparcar en la calle en el centro de esta ciudad. Por lo demás, las habitaciones son amplias y muy correctas y disponen de todo lo necesario: aseo privado, nevera, microondas, televisor, etc. La relación calidad-precio es excelente.

  Dont worth it! Terrible service!

  The parking is small and dangerous for your car, the bed was bad the room not clean, no elevator, we were 2 girls with a big luggage nobody accepted to help us! The location is good though but choose a different hotel! Must be a motel not an hotel! Its a shame to pay this price for this!

  You get what you pay for!

  At this hotel you will get less than you pay for! Parking was included, albeit in itty bitty spaces. Stairs only. You are allowed to smoke outside the rooms which encouraged people to congregate. Rubbish including cigarette butts in planters and beer bottles in full view in the 'courtyard'. Torn and tatty curtains, one seat at the table (for 2 or 3 people), a couch that truly looked like it had been picked up from the dry rubbish collection with all over water stains (at least I hope they were water stains) and several holes, rusty items in bathroom.The bedding, toilet and basin looked clean but the rest looked like it needed a good clean. Short single bed and mattresses where you could feel the springs. It was nice to have a microwave and toaster. The old fridge had nothing to hold items against the door. There was trouble with communication with the staff. We had a two night stay and I left the 'make up my room sign' on the door handle at around 9am. When we returned at about 2:30 pm when we returned, the room was being 'cleaned'! Our milk was tipped out many food items were thrown in the bin, and a birthday card too. All our clothes etc were in the cupboards. Thank goodness we returned when we did! I 'rescued' some items, only to throw them out later because we noticed that one yoghurt had also 'disappeared' and thought that maybe the other foods may have been rifled through. This hotel is only suitable if you want something cheap and are planning to be out most of the time.

  Dirty and dated

  The room was quite dirty. I checked the bed before I got in and it was okay but the sofa was filthy to the point that the arm rests were turning black. The shower had horrible tiles with grout turning black. There was a LOT of dust especially higher up. The rubbish bin was very old and looked well used. We had to stand on a chair to turn the heater on as it is above the door, and it was worse than useless. Took literally hours to even take the chill off. Don't stay here in winter! The weird concrete cobbled courtyard outside upstairs is very noisy and there are dirty ashtrays all over the place. We didn't bother with breakfast.

  Insecure parking

  Room seemed OK, hard to find and minimal parking - they obviously cater to people without cars. Total of about 8 car spaces, none of which are really secure (see later). A decent bed but noisy! Food outlets are hard to find around here. The fridge looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since the last visitor left the room. After a restless night, I checked the vehicle and found that the bike lock had been cut with bolt-cutters, and an expensive e-bike stolen. I hope the mongrels have found that it ain't fun riding an e-bike without a battery (I had the spares locked in the cab). Hotel staff were unhelpful, with no security cameras in the "garage" and no effort to determine if there'd been any suspicious activity, at least, no response since.
