  Perfect location

  We have just returned from a 2 week stay in villa 1. It was spotlessly clean, everything we needed in a villa was there. Lovely pool and barbecue area. The villa is perfectly situated between Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour, the buses run every 20 mins from early until late.We hired a car for the 2 weeks although not essential, was very convenient we picked it up from the airport and it was a very straightforward drive to the villa. Paul (one of the owners) was very helpful nothing is too much trouble for him. There is a beautiful view from the upstairs balcony you can see the sea although the beach is very rocky. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to be. Would defiantly return.

  Luxury at an affordable price

  We have family in Cyprus so our search criteria was near them, outdoor space, pool, 2 bedrooms. We really struck lucky with this one! We were in Wave 1. a 2 bed villa with its own very clean pool and great outdoor entertaining space. Plenty of sunbeds and seating. A great shaded area with built in BBQ and sink with a socket to plug the radio into. Lilos and volleyball for the pool provided. The outside shower was amazing and we were made welcome by the owner when we arrived. We look forward to returning. I would recomend the air conditioning. It was an extra 100 euros for all 3 AC units for the week. Also, take your own beach/pool towels. There are towels provided, but they are very thin and faded. We brought plug adaptors, but didn't need them as the villa had UK sockets throughout. We had 2 hairdriers provided and the kitchen had everything you could need for the week. There were even dish cloths and tea towels, washing machine tablets, dishwasher tablets, washing -up liquid, each of the 3 toilet han basins had liquid soap. All very thoughtful extras. The welcome pack was indeed welcome, we had a bottle of wine, bread, butter, milk, juice, jam and cheese. Anything else you can buy at the Lidl shop along the road. The free WIFI was useful. We didn't use the TV much as we only seemed to be able to get BBC world news. P.S. did you know they drive on the same side as us here in the UK!

  Five waves villa

  Home from home. Use as base or stay in and chill. Private pool, good facilities and a very friendly man (Paul) who takes care of your needs.walking distance from local shop and a few really nice bars to eat out in.

  Fivewaves Holiday Villas

  Superb location, located just off the main Paphos to Coral Bay Rd, still quiet and just a stonesthrow from a lovely Sandy Beach. The Villa (No 2) has 3 bedrooms all with en suite, a lovely fitted BBQ area and a private pool set in lovely gardens with lawn, roses and banana plants.

  So relaxing

  What an amazing place to stay got everything we needed, good sized pool, charcoal BBQ. very clean and well looked after Villa Sea view from the 1st floor bedroom, the owner popped in a couple of times to check the pool very nice man who couldn't do enough to help including letting us stay late on our last day so we could use the shower ECT . we will be booking this villa again
