  clean room

  I don't do dust well I called & email them a week before 2 let them know. after checking in With security and head of housekeeping escorting front desk clerk was told they couldn't accommodate me. after waiting almost 2 hours for a cleanroom. I was so hurt I've never in my life had this happen. I hope no one ever has this happen to them at the fits again. I tried to call but could never talk to a manager. She knew what she did was wrong and so did other staff members. Managers can't fix what they don't know about and they were hell-bent on them not finding out about this.

  Stay away...

  Place is very dated, like other reviews on here rooms are just not up to date, lights not working in bathroom, night stand falling apart, beds are old. I dont know, I get Covid-19 but, if your at 50% capacity because of Covid-19 you just might want to sell the best looking rooms first! Maintenance techs can be found in the lobby each morning gossiping with security. As a hotel executive the place is dirty despite the friendly staff in hallway...I would consider getting rid of the executive housekeeper, employees just dont know how to write up the repairs in the rooms. I think if the General Manager spent more time with management and staff instead of making videos for their website the place would be in better shape. There are cleaner establishments in Tunica!

  worst hotel I have ever stayed at

  Dusty, the sheets were clean and also the bathroom but is so broken down...I can't say enough bad things about it. This place needs to be shut down. The casino is ok because they cleaned it up but don't stay there

  Removed most of old school slots

  They have removed almost all of the old school slot machines, the few that are left are one dollar and higher. Only found a couple that were quarters. Also hard to get on the slot machines that are by the Sports betting area because people sit at the machines to watch the TVs even if they arent playing the machine.

  Roach Infested

  On tonight, checked into the hotel roach crawling up wall in bedroom area and another in the bathroom. Call down I was told we could switch rooms. Fast forward attempted to switch rooms front desk lady Dorothy said her supervisor had stepped away and to have a seat. We waited. We waited and waited again. Mind you we were told to head to our event and we could pick up new keys when we got back. Dorothy never says anything else. I walk up to the desk and I ask will it be much more longer. She said the housekeeper is checking to make sure the room is clean. I find this odd since we are moving to what I would assume would be a clean room. I have a seat. We wait and wait and wait some more. I go and ask Dorothy may I speak to the supervisor. She hands me two keys. Only to get to room 904 and the keys dont work. I call to the front desk and ask could someone either let us in or bring an activated key. Dorothy says no you need to come back to the desk. I am visibly frustrated at this moment because I feel as if Dorothy did not activate those keys before giving them to me. I say no someone needs to come and bring us another key. She slams the phone on hold. Now the ever elusive supervisor Talesha is now available. She said you need to come down because I need to verify your ID. Mind you Dorothy didnt ask for ID this entire time while we are trying to get situated. I said I have been very calm but now I am pissed the F off. Yes I cursed because this is after 1 am in the morning. I left my friend and our things to go get the keys activated. I was met with a smirk from Dorothy and the supervisor saying she would only give me a key if I calmed down. I said this is me being calm. She said but you have attitude if you cant change your attitude you will be asked to leave the property. Two security guards came over and he said mam are you going to calm down. I said this is me calm. Can I get the keys to the room I paid for. The manager says no were going to refund you. I said okay Ill wait. Security said I need to get my things and leave. I asked about the refund. They will have it when you make it back down. I say let me get this right. Theyll have a refund in minutes but they couldnt get a room together over several hours. At this point Pauline comes up talking about she was doing her report. She fit right in with Dorothy and Talesha. RUDE. 2 security guards, Pauline, and myself go to retrieve my things and my fiend. On the way down, I ask thy one of them stay behind so itll be 4 of us on the elevator. The security guard says no this is fine. All five of us are on the elevator but their rule is 4 per elevator. I guess rules are only meant to be followed when they say so. I would like to speak to someone from corporate. The first thing supervisor Talesha should have done was apology for the roaches in the room and also that my room wasnt ready when we arrived back. I have a video of the roaches as well.
