  Tiny, Tiny, Tiny

  Great location and probably nicer when the lake level is higher. Staff is friendly and they are boater friendly. There is a boat ramp on property. Accommodations are soooooo tiny. Bedrooms are like 10' x 10' with a queen size bed and small closet -- that's it. No dressers, no TVs. You live out of your suit case if you can find a place to put it. We had full kitchen and it was a nice size, but it also doubles as the dining room and 'living room'. Only seating in the cabin is a 2 seater dinnette and a love seat all in the 12' x 12' kitchen/dining/living room (also where the 1 TV is located). The one bathroom is also very small. Sh*t, shower, shave is about all the space it gives you. Probably suitable for fishermen that just need a place to sleep and shower. Can't picture a family being comfortable here. Would have been so much nicer if they converted one of the bedrooms into a living room with sofa bed.

  Did not honor our reservation!

  We arrived at 4pm on our designated check-in day. Not a single soul was in office, but we did see a sign on the front door with a phone number for guest check-in. We called the number repeatedly over the course of a couple hours and never received a call back. We were forced to book another accommodation with a completely different resort. Lucky for us we found something open. We finally received a call back from Fisherman's Cove when we were back home in Ohio. I would never trust this place again.

  Run Down Dump in Texas

  This place is a run down dump that isn't fit to stay at. The units are filthy and in need of a lot of repair. To call it a resort is a real misuse of the term.There is no staff available. You are completely on your own. The pool and hottub arent safe to use and there are none of the advertised amenities available. Total disappointment. Couldn't even get toilet paper during an entire week. Don't stay here!

  Stop Do Not Go

  This is a place that was once great but is the perfect example of the consequence of bad management and greed. Hopefully it will receive a lot of much needed attention fast and over a long period of time.

  HORRIBLE PLACE

  I would give this place no stars if I could. These people will scam you and lie to you. The water in front of there cabins isn't even 2 foot deep and there was poop in the pool. The cabins air conditioner leaks all over the floor and some people's ac wasnt working at all. There is no parking and crack heads running around tweaking in few parking spots they do have. The pictures on here are deceiving.
