  Would love to stay here again

  The location of this small hotel is great; on the boulevard "Zogu 1", close to the Skanderbeg statue. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable (incl. WiFi, TV, AC, phone). We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the boulevard. The bathroom was really nice. The breakfast buffet was simple, but good, and were enjoyed in the cute breakfast room. We got all the help we needed from the friendly, english-speaking staff. The hotel was about to finish working on a bar/pizza restaurant on the ground floor. If we're going to Tirana again, we'll stay here!

  Good alternative to a bigger hotel

  Located near the center, the Hotel Firenze offers clean rooms and bathrooms with AC, free Wifi and a simple but good breakfast buffet. Staff speaks mostly English and was overall friendly. There's also a hotel restaurant/bar underneath the rooms. If you like smaller hotels with big rooms, this is for you.

  Nowhere is better than this in Tirana.

  This is the best place in tirana to stay and located very closed to the city center. We (4 turkish fellas ) had only 1 night here because of our itinerary but would love to stay here if we come again. The girl at the rep is very nice and presentable and she speaks english fluently. To find someone speaking english is the hardest thing in tirana or in any part of the country. She is very helpful btw and you can ask her what you can do or where you can visit in tirana. Say hello to her from us and enjoy tirana with those nice staff in the hotel.

  Best Location, Amazing People :)

  Me and 3 of my friends decided to travel to Albania, Tirana. And we went without any booking. This was the first hotel that we went into in the city. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Without going out we decided to stay here, which was the right decision. Hotel is located in very close point to the city center and have a cafe part before going to the reception. In the rooms you can find AC, LCD tv, hair drier, minibar. Just the sound insulation was not perfect to be honest but it was good anyway. Staff was really friendly and helpful overall. But I should give special thanks to 3 people: The lady preparing the breakfast didn't know English but she behaved us like her own children. Receptionist, the girl, was the only one speaking English and always patient and tolerant to us and helped for the reservation of the next destination. The owner (lady) of the hotel was helpful as well. She was a nice person. Thank you very much for everything. - 4 Tour Guides from Turkey :)

  value for money is ok, comfort is below my low expectations

  2 nights, end of January. Not a busy place at this time. Cold, airy room. Dark: the 2 bedside lights don't provide enough light to find something in a bag or on the floor. Powerless: it seems that hotel rooms are not designed for people with mobile phones and laptops that want to be charged the only wall outlets are for the TV. WiFi is there, had some problems but the one from the bar worked as well. Breakfast was minimal: honey, cheese, toast, butter, 1 croissant, 2 eggs (cold), sausages (cold), cornflakes, juice, milk. That's all there was. As a buiseness traveller I only expected a place to sleep, a hot shower and a reasonable breakfast. And I have been in less cosy places around the globe. But from the pictures I expected a better breakfast at least. And no plugs, dim light, troublesome WiFi make it a 2 for comfort. Value for money: maybe a 4/5 to be fair.
