  I stayed two nights. The place is an apartment block with 'serviced' rooms. If my experience is anything to go by, they weren't well serviced. The dining table had obviously not been cleaned since the last tenant - there were crumbs and drink rings on the glass topped table. Several lights and at least one powerpoint were not working. When i reached up to get a plate, i could feel a greasy film on it (so didn't use it!). The mugs had lipstick marks and brown stains on them. When I mentioned these things to the front desk, they said theyd get the cleaners to follow up. When I returned that day, one light bulb had been replaced, nothing else had changed, which is why I feel justified in making this review. I understand that tenants are supposed to clean the crockery themselves, but if they haven't, the hotel should do it - it was still over $100 a night, with very little to show for it. The location was convenient and the bathroom towels were nice.

  Rude

  Terrible customer service our room buzzer didn't work my partner stepped out and I went downstairs for a smoke and the staff refused to let me up even after explaining the room buzzer didn't work. The place was barely passable as clean. Staff members very rude had to use fire exit stairs to get up and down from room. Was charged for using the visitor parking for a small amount of time whilst bringing luggage up. No on street parking. Will not be back.not happy.

  one night

  looked ok online, but when i finally got their, "not good" i drove around the block 3 times until i asked someone directions and they said your here, no name out front ,nowhere to park and go in so had to park in driveway into underground car park, got the key they opened carpark door ,i drove in and found the car space that i had to pay 15 dollars a night for, dirty area ,walked around till i found the escalator up to reception hall way and got in probably one of the filthiest elevators and stank, found my room ,first impression ,"admittedly neat and tidy but very dated, just wanted to have a shower and rest BUT the shower was disgusting so didnt bother ,a lot of noise from the street didnt sleep well ,'no free wi wi had to pay for that so didn't ,didnt even want to touch the kitchenware, couldn't wait till morning to depart the place and Parramatta has become like a 3rd world joint ,run down and dirty like much of inner Sydney unfortunately

  dirty smelly and noisy. full of Indian people. smells curry at night go through everywhere f#$$king S##T place to stay. i dont really suggest people come here to stay,we won't come here for sure .i wont give 1 star if i can.

  We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, the building and flat are not greatly looked after. However, I expected this with reading previous reviews and the price we paid. Beds are comfy and we loved being so close to ´Little India. Served the purposed we were after.
