  Great Hotel, GREAT STAFF and SERVICE!!

  Pia at the front desk was AWESOME. We stayed at the Fini-resort because my son had to take U.S. college entrance exams over 2 days at a boarding school in the local area. We had to leave very early on the first morning we were there, and she arranged a breakfast for my son, and even personally went back into the kitchen to make me a cup of coffee to go, because I had to drive him to his exams. We could not have asked for better customer service. The restaurant was terrific for dinner, breakfast was terrific, and the location was TERRIFIC. It was very convenient to the downtown area of Badenweiler. The rooms were clean, and nicely appointed, and the pool/ spa area is beautiful. This is a great hotel, and I highly recommend it. I cannot wait to return to the area, and stay at the Fini-resort again!!

  Very pleasant hotel, very kind collaborators

  It is my second stay in this hotel, and it is some good improvements, like the WiFi in every rooms. It is pleasant to benefit of the spa, sauna, swimming pool etc. All is in good state and very clean. It was a well relaxing stay. The buffet of the breakfast is very complete and the collaborators are smiling and helpful. I want to return certainly

  Good Hotel

  A good hotel for a mini break, good lokated, with sauna and swimming pool, for a good relaxing moment. Restaurant is also good and breakfast is wonderful. Hotel rooms are big, spacious and even have a balcony

  The staff was nice but the Thermal bath was cold and our queen size mattress reservation was not honored

  We had called and made a 3 night reservation with a queen size mattress. We got there and found room 406 with two twin beds pushed together, one higher than the other. We reminded them the reservation was for a queen size bed. They said they didn't have any more queen size beds. So we went back to room 406 and went to the anticipated thermal bath downstairs. The water was cold and tasted like tap water. No minerals. The second night we tried sleeping on both matresses horizontal but the discrepency in hight made it very uncomfortable. We asked a 3rd time for the queen matress we had reserved or at least a topper for the two twins. They had neither. We went home, disappointed.

  Fini-Resort is a pleasure

  It is again a pleasure to be at the Fini-Resort Badenweiler, the rooms are subtly renovated and also other parts of the hotel. We see clearly that the owner is interested to take care to his hotel, respectively his customers . The personal is very friendly and professional. And finally the buffet of the breakfast is hearty, also when we arrive late and we ask about the delicious almond croissants, the waiters go get some in the kitchen. I highly recommend and will return to the Fini-Resort Badenweiler :- )
