  Lovely visit

  My husband, mom and aunt came down to house hunt. We are relocating to jacksonville. Lori was very wonderful we stayed at the Fig Tree Inn and rentes the down stairs. It was an amazing spot. She had everything we needed. She was also able to help us look for homes because she is a realator as well. The house is one street from the beach. 6 blocks from all the resturants. I would suggest this to any vacationing family. The whole house is also available. Can't beat it!

  Cozy home away from home with beach a block away!

  My in-laws were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and we chose The Fig Tree Inn as our rental for the family to gather and celebrate! We rented the entire Bed and Breakfast (I believe the owner is renting it exclusively and no longer running it as a Bed and Breakfast). We stayed five nights with 8 adults, 3 dogs, and more children than I care to count! This house is perfect! Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the house is divided with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs that are accessed by a side entrance. The decor is shabby chic- warm and comfortable. The house itself was built in 1915 with a large front porch perfect for people watching and reminiscing with family. Lori, the owner, is fabulous to work with! She gives you privacy but is available at a moment's notice. The house is furnished with all of the essentials and she encourages you to make yourself at home. The house is in a wonderful location- the beach is a block away, Publix is in walking distance as well as the pier and lots of souvenir shops. You can drive to almost any store, attraction, restaurant you desire within 15 minutes. This was a wonderful stay and my in-laws are already planning to make it an annual trip! What a great rental- you will not be disappointed!

  Great place close to the beach

  This was a guys weekend and we needed a lot of rooms and space. This place rocked. Lots of space to lounge and enjoy the FL beach town atmosphere and close enough to stroll back and forth to the beach. Close to a lots of restaurants and other watering holes. The new Management was very friendly and accommodating. Bonus was the price, excellent deal for what we got. Only bummer is it rained for most of our time there but we still made the most of it. Highly recommend for large groups.

  Entire house

  While Fig Tree Inn is no longer operating as a Bed and Breakfast you can rent the entire 6 bed 6 bath vintage Beach Cottage. Which our over 70 year old active cousins group of 10 did. Very comfortable, with ample public and private spaces. Enough off street parking to accommodate everyone. Kitchen equipped with everything you need including a commercial gas stove. One block to the beach and an outside shower makes for convenient living. Walkable to many varied restaurants. Owner Lorie is a dream to work with, no is not in her vocabulary.

  Great Place to Stay!

  This is a perfect place for family or friends to gather. A wonderful historic beach home with 6 bedrooms/6 bath! Lori, the owner, is great and very accommodating. The breakfast porch is really neat! Very close to the beach and close to restaurants if you decide not to cook. Highly recommend!
