  The place needs an update, uplift and a chef

  Located 2 minutes from the airport, the localization is terrible, under 2 highways, chosen due to price on the internet.132 usd standard room. All hotels in Luanda are incredibly expensive. At this time all surrounding buildings are in construction. Good for the future, very noisy at present and isolated at night. Entrance is creepy and needs uplift. People in Luanda are incredibly amicable and smile constantly but lack sense of efficiency. Don't understand basic instructions. Don't speak English. Included Breakfast is bad. Coffee to be filtered is served as instant coffee. Need to pay if you want anything with substance. Standard room are very basic. In urgent need of electric fonts in right places. Elevator out of order. Restaurant, though nice people, food needs professional help. Urgent. Expensive for the place. One omelette 15 usd at official exchange rate. Water 2.25 Usd . Do. It pay with card. Charges to room include 20%! Takes forever and let's you down when it arrives. Manager very amicable but needs better computer system and speed. Disappeared after payment! 3 people at reception and no one will get a taxi for you or give you a solution. No telefone ate room and have no access to reception telefone to call a cab. Use your roaming!!! It's better!!!! Impossible. Got back from work and room is not done, no hangers and no toilet paper. Of course no shampoo, even lack trashy shampoo when asked. No solution for a near by store. Asked for a hair dryer, haven't heard of the apparel. Air conditioning drips water all over! Bars on Windows. Is there a problem with the area???? Hope in the years to come this can be a very good option for low budget travelers, it has potential. Right now, this is a 132 USD a night with NO stars and terrible place to stay! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Great relief to find a place after missed flight

  I missed my flight home late one night, waiting in the TAP air lounge - so did others - with next to no cash, no cash machines working and few credit cards accepted at midnight I spied a hotel sign - in the distance. A security guard walked me to the hotel, a few roads / freeways to gross, and it takes some 15 mins and I as able to hole up for the night to sort things out. Very clean , best internet anywhere in Luanda (including Epic Sana, the airport and TAP airlines) and an adjacent restaurant. If you are stuck as i was, or if you need a budget hotel next to the airport I'd recommend it.
