  Feudo Bauly , a 1700 Palace beautiful,quiet,clean,fantastic place! Feudo Bauly is run by a family with a passion to serve their guests. They are amazing people who would treat you like family! The restaurant is exquisite! The rooms are extremely comfortable, the ambiance unbeatable! I would go back tomorrow! Thank you Loredana and Carmela for your cordiality and friendship!

  Intimate and charming

  My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in mid April during a biking tour. The grounds were stunningly beautiful. The meals (breakfast and dinner daily) were delicious, and thankfully we were able to order a la carte instead of a fixed price meal (we had been warned about the quantity of food offered at mealtimes in Sicily!). The wine list was extensivewe ended up ordering 3 bottles during our stay, and each one was superb. The rooms were incredibly spacious and elegant, with tiled floors and tall ceilings (however, one small problem we found is that the rooms were obviously designed to be comfortable during hotter weather; be sure to bring some warm clothing to lounge in if visiting during any season but summer). Finally, the most attractive part of staying here was interacting with the friendly and hospitable hostesses, Loridana and Carmella. They helped us rent a car from a private party, packed lunches daily for our bike tours, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We had a lovely stay, and highly recommend the experience.

  Restoration Project

  An interesting hotel in the country about 15 minutes drive from the town. The hotel is in a complex of historic buildings with some restored and some still to be done. Clearly a summer resort objective with pool, open spaces and walks and also aiming at the wedding reception market. Massive dining room but no intimacy for normal guests or when fewer bookings. Room was clean and large but with small and older bathroom. Getting bags from reception building to our room ( one of many separate buildings) was difficult over rough farmyard cobblestones and through various open areas separated by steps. Wifi was good. Interesting complex but not suited to other than large group holiday in the summer.

  Fantastic place and people.

  Incredible typical Sicilian cuisine served by really nice people. The building itself is really typical of local architecture. The rooms are really cosy and confortable. The view around the hotel is breathtaking. I strongly recommend!!

  Incredibly comfortable manor with a spectacular pool and charming staff. Very spacious and simply elegant rooms with an excellent restaurant attached. Excellent value and an oasis of calm. Highly recommended
