  I came all the way from london, had worse experience of my life , what were mentioned on website and the reality were completely different things, first we arrive hotel and we were told to be charged 10 a day for pool , breakfast , beach and so on , we say it's ok not a problem, then we found out that pool it's only opened few hours a day earlier morning then opened again after 3:30pm when the heat time it's over , gym not ready sauna not ready beach wasn't a place to swim no bar or anything to buy a drinks ,we had to go different places to pay extra for service and get the drinks , wifi forget about they say it's technical problem , when I went and explained to the man on desk that we r not getting any of those things we are paying for it instead he could have apologized or explained in different ways he was shouting and arguing with us , so we had booking for 6 nights but see those things and attitude we left the place after only spending 4 day and 3 nights there and still paid full price and charged 10 a day for 6 days , dear customers I'm not a person who is facy or not happy with everything but trust me you can get much better deals and places around here it's 1 star hotel and you will be charged for 5 stars the room we had in our conformation was different they gave us single room with double bed inside , not recommended at all .

  Wonderful time

  We loved this hotel! Its beautiful, clean, convenient. We traveled with a toddler, staff was very accommodating and helpful and kind. The room was a good size, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The pool is quiet and beautiful the beach is wonderful we could walk to diamante I would go back and recommend this place no hesitation!

  Nice place but with a slightly sub-standard hotel restaurant

  The hotel is airy, sparklingly clean and nicely furbished, and it offers plenty of outdoor parking spaces.There is a small stretch of beach directly in front of the building. Our room was pleasant and clean and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The man on reception was extremely warm and welcoming. Just two things let the hotel down in our opinion. Firstly, the wifi connection was unfortunately very unreliable. Secondly, the quality of the food in the hotel restaurant was very disappointing and really not up to four-star standards. (Hard, undercooked pasta; tasteless mussels, half of which were still closed when served.)

  Excellent hotel and services

  Hotel very well maintained (do not miss the colorful floor of the photos) with excellent breakfast, large pool and private beach in front (has rocks, use "papete"). The town of Diamante (historic center, restaurants, train station, etc.) is about 1 km (good for walking).

  Wonderful surprise!

  We stayed for only one night at the Ferretti and we would have loved to spend more time there. The rooms were very large, bright, and comfortable albeit the bed was too hard for me. We had a room with a huge patio deck overlooking the ocean which we thoroughly enjoyed. The tiles throughout the hotel and rooms were so beautiful in the blue and white colors that complimented the ocean across the way. We did not know what to expect and it beat our expectations! Unfortunately the hotel was closing for the season on the day we were checking out so we are also sure we did not see everything at it's best but we loved what we saw. There was just one waiter at lunch and few guests and since he did not speak English he carefully translated the menu for us ahead of time. So thoughtful! Breakfast was included in our rate and was good but a bit limited (most likely due to their closing that day). It is not located close to the town so you needed a taxi to go there. We really enjoyed our stay which turned out to be much too quick!
