  Wonderful hotel, nice staff, perfect holidays!!!

  Hotel is very nice in all points of view. Had a great ski holiday week over new years eve there!!! Food was exellent, had a very nice room with view over the whole region. Wellness area is small But very nice!!! We will Come back!!!

  So well looked after.

  This hotel is in a very attractive location just outside Dornau. We used the hotel as a base for our skiing holiday in the Mayrhofen region. The views from the hotel and our rooms were lovely. The room itself was spacious, warm and comfortable as well as very clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant; we had booked half board which included a buffet breakfast, cakes in the afternoon and a five course meal in the evening. We did not go hungry. The breakfast was substantial enough that we did not feel the need to eat lunch out on the slopes. Food and service throughout were excellent. There was always a vegetarian option on the evening meal menu (though not a vegan one). We also enjoyed the 'wellness centre' which consisted of sauna, steam room and various other relaxation rooms and a thermal therapy room. The hotel is run as a family concern and all the staff are polite, helpful and for us spoke excellent English, even going so far as to print our evening menu in English. There is a ski bus which arrives at the hotel on time and takes just two minutes to get to the main lift to the ski domain. The hotel has its own ski room and ski and boot hire business staffed again by wonderfully helpful and polite staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Fabulous

  What a great place. Barnard and his family make you feel very welcome. Very quiet location, very charming and pretty view looking into Mayrhofen. Breakfast and dinners were absolutely fabulous. Special thanks to Susi and HoHo for making us feel special. Free local travel on buses and fabulous places to hike in the mountains. Very children or adult friendly place. Short hike to the bus station. Not much to do in Finkenberg, but we didn't care as the hotel was where we wanted to hang out all night. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in with the rooms, view, people and meals. Thanks Barnard, et al.

  AWESOME!!!

  My partner and I stayed here for two nights last month, in a nutshell it is amazing. Views are incredible, staff are friendly and so helpful. Rooms are adequate and our balcony offered a magnificent view over the valley below. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the food is good, with a number of options to suit all tastes. Most of all, its a romantic place that will forever remain in my mind as awesome. We both loved it and will return.

  Didn't stay but ate at the fabulous restaurant

  We were hiking along a path along the water and followed the food sign. What a fabulous discovery. There is a huge terrace out back with fantastic views of the valley. The staff was very helpful and kind and spoke good English. We enjoyed wonderful wine and turkey filets. We couldn't be more pleased with this off the beaten path find. We walked thru the hotel and it looked very clean and beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel. Even nicer and friendlier that the hotel we stayed at in the valley!
