  Wonderful staff, great local between Venice and Milan. Great for Bikers

  This was an unplanned stop due to a blown engine but a great hotel. If you are a biker looking for a good location for the night before doing the passes in Switzerland I recommend this place. The drive from here to Innsbruck is also off the hook! Take cameras! The staff was great. Very helpful. Helped me translate the mechanics words and probably saved me from getting ripped off. The sandwiches across the street at the shell are great but order the pizza delivery. Great hotel, location, staff and very, very clean.

  Can't say enough about the service!

  On our recent stay at the Felix Hotel, we were completely blown away by the incredible service we received from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, the staff were courtesy, friendly, caring and constantly wanting to please. Cappuccinos, espresso and waters were always being offered. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods for all tastes. The rooms, although simple, were well maintained and clean. Security for your car was constantly monitored and in a locked area. The best example I can give for the incredible service comes from the day we left. We had to leave early, before the start of breakfast at 7am. One of the staff members, informed us the night before that he will be coming in early to make sure we had a good breakfast before we left. Maybe some of the big chain hotels should learn a few things about customer service from the staff at the Felix Hotel.

  A very nice Family Hotel - Home away from home !

  Everything about this family run hotel is good from breakfast till a sound sleep in the quiet room refreshing you for the next day. I visited during Vicenza Oro Jan 2016 (Jew Fair). The interesting part is the team of TWIN brothers Roberto and Claudio. One of them is married and has a paunch (that is the only difference between the two Ha!) and the best part was their father Danio himself shuttled picked/dropped us to the exhi venue so timing was flexible as if having your own private transfer at your convinient time. In fact they are so courteous they even dropped/picked me to/from Train Station when I visited Venice for a day. Nice clean rooms. Decent place. Definitely visitable again. It's on the outskirts of Vicenza away from the main city but all you need is a drink in your room after a long tiring day & they provide complimentary water/soda from a fridge (take all you can) at reception ...cheers !!!   Excellent Hospitality

  Nice Place to stay. Kind attention to the guest and great hospitality. I have enjoyed my long stay with Hotel Felix. Wonderful. I am new to this place and away my country. Given special care to locate shops for my need.

  Another pleasant stay

  This is now the third time I've stayed at the Felix Hotel during a business trip and once again they did not disappoint with their excellent service. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty with the amount care they took in making our stay as pleasant as possible. A great example, the first couple days we would ask for restaurant recommendations, by day three they knew what we liked and were proactive and handed us restaurant suggestions before we asked. The owners are always around to help, making the entire experience a great one.
